1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex froze my account. Have been waiting 45 days for a reply. on: June 17, 2017, 05:01:24 PM
So was anybody able to resolve this issue with support? And if so, how?
2  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex , did anyone get their account frozen.. on: June 17, 2017, 06:13:27 AM
My poloniex account is not frozen but i would like to hear the reasons of Poloniex freezing accounts if anyone will share. This is to avoid other members from having the same issue.

Many thanks

I personally had my account frozen at my own request. However, unfreezing has been taking 45 days. I am really tired of it, because I have a lot of market exposure at the moment. In my case I spread my investments over multiple coins, but say if I had not. What kind of risk would I have been exposed to then, for 45 days?
Consider the risk I have taken at this moment already(luckily +500%ish)
3  Economy / Exchanges / Poloniex froze my account. Have been waiting 45 days for a reply. on: June 17, 2017, 05:09:25 AM
Dear community,

I have had a Poloniex account for a while and have never been disappointed in the service.
However, they now seem to have support-difficulties and they do not respond to my questions.
A while ago I had my account frozen because I suspected someone to try to hack me.
Thereafter I restored my login info, and wanted to have my account reinstated again.

I have been waiting 45 days for a reply, and there is no sign they are going to respond....

I now have two open tickets with the following numbers:

#237217
#128033 (this one has been waiting 45 days)

Am I alone in this matter? Have I been scammed now? Is Poloniex bankrupt?
Did I just lose all of my altcoin-savings?

I hope someone from either Poloniex or this forum can help me.
Losing your biggest investment and basically all your savings is no fun at all.

(yes go ahead and blame me for putting it all on 1 exchange, which I now know is stupid even when they have a USA license)...
