i withdraw doge from poloniex successfully , doge arrived in my wallet after 1 min. , from confirming the email, may be the problem in bitcoin withdraw only

 i made mistake and typed fee 6.7 sat/b instead of 16 now , my transaction took 16 days with no confirmation , what i can do now, how long it ll take to be cancelled or confirmed ?
