I Don't know if they are investigating. I have no idea whats going on. I am just waiting. I dont know If I should open another support ticket since they told me to wait for someone to get in touch with me.

Im aware of viabtc but thats not my problem. My issue is that Cloudbet needs to manually approve my withdrawal request.

I must say again I dont believe CloudBet are scammers or anything, nor have I come here to tarnish their reputation. I just know myself that I haven't committed any illegal activity, so my conscience is crystal clear and I fully hope that this is just a minor delay and will be resolved soon.

I must say that I am not blaming CloudBET for anything yet except slow assistance and maybe that's just because of the weekend as they and some users suggest. Also, my last withdrawal went through fairly smoothly (within a few hours) which was on the 14th, June.  It feels like it's probably because of the weekend. I am the paranoid type so I was really freaked out but right now I have a sense of hope.

I have been reading on reddit that users say this type of issue usually gets resolved but sometimes it just takes 2-3 days and is even more likely to occur over weekends.

will they eventually let me withdraw my winnings?
