CoinXL Announcements From Monday, 7-24-17

Last night’s webinar was very helpful! Rik McCoy did a great job presenting the CoinXL opportunity, and there were also some CoinXL announcements regarding some of the technical issues many people have been having.

We thank you for  your patience as we continue to provide the best support for our BitcoinXL Pro team!

Now, onto the CoinXL announcements:

    When requesting support, please use the ticketing system ONLY. For those of you that are unable to login to your back office to get to the ticketing system, please have your sponsor submit a support ticket on your behalf.
    Make sure to use ONLY the affiliate link that is provided for you in your backoffice.
    Future CoinXL updates and communications can be found in your backoffice, by clicking “View News and Events” from the menu. Be sure to check here frequently for corporate communications.
    When funding your account or buying a package, DO NOT manually type in your bitcoin or send/receive code. ALWAYS scan the QR code. If you’re unable to scan the QR code, then copy and paste will be the second best option.
    And finally, reports have shown that about 80% of all support related issues are due to human error. Leaders, we recognize that there is a learning curve to bitcoin and CoinXL, so please do your due diligence in walking them through the process.

We are looking to make another CoinXL announcement, of our own, very soon! We are going to be putting together some CoinXL Quick Start videos to help your new members get started and to make the process seamless.

The New Economy: Important Details

There’s a new economy, a new currency, and a new movement – and we get to be on the forefront of it all with CoinXL! But before we start building this new economy together, there are few important details we would like to bring to your attention.

Update Contact Details

The most important thing is to register your mobile phone so you can receive the initial SMS security verification from the login page next time you login.

    Login to your Back Office.
    On the menu, locate Member Management, and then click on Profile Management. The contact form will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
    Click EDIT, and then enter your contact details, country of residence, and your mobile number.
 NOTE: The phone number is a bit tricky. Once you enter the country, the system automatically will automatically populate the country code although its invisible on the form. Do not enter the country code, or (0) before entering your mobile number.
    Then hit SAVE.

Once you have successfully added your mobile number, you will be asked to receive an SMS verification code the next time you login.

Two Step Verification

As we’re building this new economy together, it’s important to keep everything secure. This is why we use two-step verification.

    To install Google Authenticator on your iPhone, click here.
    To install Google Authenticator on your Android phone, click here.

Setting up Google Authenticator:

    Login after receiving the SMS authorization code and scroll down to Member Management.
    Click on Two-Step Verification. There you can set up additional security using the Google Authenticator or Authy app on your smartphone.

Funding Your Account, Funding Your New Economy

It was necessary to reset all members initial starting plans to ZERO. This is because when CoinXL migrated over to the new servers, there was no method in place to pay for a plan that had no cost, and many members requested they wanted to start with a different plan.

    In order to qualify, you will just need to click on Upgrade Plan in your Backoffice.
    Select the package you want to purchase.
     When presented with a QR code or the bitcoin wallet address for payment, scan the QR code or enter the bitcoin wallet address.
        NOTE: It is recommended that you copy/paste if you plan on manually entering the bitcoin wallet address.
    After completing payment, please click on Confirm.

Your New Economy

Your new economy starts now!

Just a heads up…

CoinXL will just be beginning to fund our trading accounts and it takes approximately 2 days for the bitcoin to process through the 25 exchanges they have accounts with, and for our traders to begin the actual live trading in the market.

So, for the first 5 days from Tuesday, July 18 through Sunday, July 23 they will not be paying out the Daily Trading Bonus.

However, the daily binary bonuses will be paid accordingly. Remember the cut-off time daily is 12:00 midnight London time.

CoinXL is still working very hard behind the scenes in your back office to fine tune minor glitches, so please be a bit patient and you will soon have a virtual office in which you can monitor every aspect of your teams’ success.

The corporate team is working tirelessly on every phase of CoinXL to make it a legacy company for you and your family.

    CoinXL Launch Announcement

Today is a very exciting day for all of us. We wanted to build a virtual office our members could use as an effective business tool for building, managing and communicating with their respective teams in real-time.

There will be more add-ons and minor tweaks to work out over the next few days but I think you'll have enough to keep you busy for awhile.

We hope you like the complete makeover. Personally, I am blown away and I'm sure you will be as well.

Please read the following information before logging into your virtual back office:

1. Go to: http://test.coinxl.com/backoffice/

2. Enter you username and password coinxl123

3. Change password and confirm

4. Update profile by entering information in required fields, especially the MOBILE NUMBER. In the zip code field, especially if you live in a country with a combination of letters and numbers, just use 5 digits.

5. Do NOT put in country code, + sign, (-) or a 0 in front of your mobile number because when you select your residing country from the drop down menu it will automatically populate the correct country code in the system. Example if you live in the USA and your number is +1-702-555-1212, then you would enter 7025551212 in the mobile number field. In Europe, your number would begin after the country code of +44

6. Without your mobile number we can not utilize the SMS security feature. In 48 hours we will activate the 2-step verification process initially by SMS, then you will have the option to switch over to Google Authenticator or Authy.

7. While our members are updating their information, we have disabled the ability to enroll new members.

8. When the website goes live, the new address will be www.coinxl.com/username. You can test it if you like, the username will be displayed in a beautiful green font on the front page.

9. Please do not purchase any bitcoin or upgrade your existing plan, as the website is currently open for you to make the updates to your personal information. Stage-2 the site will be live in about 48 hours or sooner.

10. We will be hosting a live webinar showing you the functionality of our virtual back office by Tuesday. Stay tuned for more updates and enjoy logging in.

    Second option is using Google Authenticator or Authy, so the 6-digit authorization code can be generated from the app on your smartphone.
    Any changes made to a members email address, phone number, login password, or wallet address will require the 2-Step Verification.
