I never face any issue in polo while withdrawing fund. I am using polo for years. While there was chatbox in polo, i have seen someone, asking for help. But their percentage was too little, if I remember correctly. May be I am lucky. But I have no doubt that polo is the biggest and far better than Bittrex. They just do not enlist almost every coins, they only allow very selective coins. And Bittrex is also great. But I am now disappointed, what liqui, tidex and allcoin can handle, bittrex are unable to do! . It was unexpected
Tidex even listed both, eMGO and MGO few some time ago. Bittrex can't handle only one. Big dissapointment. Ofcourse I have trust they will fix it and taking the time to deliver excellent. But still it's a hit on their reputation. They should communicate more to the community about the progress and estimated time as well.
I like MGO and the team but I gotta admit I find it frustrating that ICO's that finished later than MGO are already trading on major exchanges while we're stuck with liqui lol. I know people keep saying "give them time" but come on we gotta hit the big exchanges before people forget MGO even exists.
