1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hive OS - new Linux GPU mining platform on: December 24, 2017, 06:05:50 PM
I'm loosing the battle running RX cards under Hive or SmOS, works well in windows, but gives me nothing but trouble under Linux.
Any ideas/help will be greatly appreciated.
Most of the cards are getting to 300 Mhz mem and 300 Mhz Core and are staying there, if I attempt to fix via overclocking - it locks up.
Cards are BIOS patched and are working in Win10 flawlessly without any overclocking in OS.

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: December 16, 2017, 03:48:37 AM
Got a ASUS ROG Stix RX570 card (Elpida)
It suddenly runs only at 4 MHz ETH under smOS
When I boot it to Win10 it runs at 23+ (which is also low considering that it's modded) with same exact overclock settings (1150/2000/850)
I'm dazzled with what could possibly be wrong here.
Any help appreciated.

Same here. New RIGs are not showing up.

I think I found a bug in 1106, when I leave core clock field blank and only have a number in a memory field it applies that value to a core overclock:

And one more glitch, on the console power limit is not working when it's set by typing a number, only by moving a slider.

I think it should fit 7. Just did one and was able to install 6x Gigabyte GTX 1060s with fairly good amount of space between them.
Both short version RSV-R4000 and long version - RSV-L4500, RSV-L4000 would work (short case better for a shorter single fan cards)
Longer version is better since it has more space inside to fit another layer of case fans.
You just need to disassemble front drive bays and DIY fit cards facing forward, might need to reverse fans depending on GPUs (some like exhausting to the back, some like EVGA GTX 1060s exhaust the other way)
You can see 7 slots for GPUs in this pic: https://www.google.com/search?q=rosewill+mining+case&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjyjJDR_cfUAhUMxYMKHfvGAXQQ_AUICygC&biw=1920&bih=977#imgrc=G51yTJo5MQ3D5M:
