Which pool would you recommend for AMD cards? (Rx Vega) I don't see many pools with cryptonight.

Has anyone mined on http://us-etn-stats.hashparty.io succesfully? They made a payment to my wallet but 24h later my balance is still 0... Is it a scam? I ve read somewhere that they froze the wallet payments and are working with hackerone. Is that true? If so then who is selling on crpytopia. Is it the founders? Who is mining on nicehash?

Is the fact that Electroneum is working with hackerone responsible for the halt of all payments?
If that s the case then who is dumping ETN on cryptopia? They say it the miners but I m a miner, I mined in a pool that paid me and I still don't see any ETN in my wallet...

there's a separate board for mining discussions. as for pools i have used a few, hashparty.io is good when they are up and electromine.fr, says they have spam protection, both have good hashrates, but the largest hashrate comes from nicehash.
as for wallets, github.com/electroneum under release. it's a bit complicated to use, basically run electroneumd.exe and that will download the blockchain, leave it running, then you need to run electroneum-wallet-cli.exe. to import your paper wallet run with this argument, --generate-from-keys You_Wallet_Name.bin. then it will ask for address, private key, view key, and password and then it will update your wallet to the current block. to send etn to cryptopia use the command, transfer Cryptopia_ETN_Address amount Cryptopia_ETN_PaymentID, you will have to try a few amounts before it goes through, i do about 3 etn below my available balance to account for the fees. other useful commands, balance, show_transfers.
electroneum has been good to me so far. i hope it continues after the initial sell-off.
I mined on hashparty.io and they send me about 1000 ETN. I checked on the blockchain explorer using my private viewKey and I can see that they actually did transfer to my ETN address. The problem is, I don't see anything in my wallet. My balance is 0 24hours after the transfers. Is it normal?

Dualmining ETH/SIA on nanopool doesn't work for me. ETH works fine but SC gets job timeouts.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ETH: 06/20/17-10:15:39 - New job from eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 ETH - Total Speed: 20.727 Mh/s, Total Shares: 5, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:18 ETH: GPU0 20.727 Mh/s SC - Total Speed: 0.000 Mh/s, Total Shares: 0, Rejected: 0 SC: GPU0 0.000 Mh/s GPU0 t=67C fan=0% Socket was closed remotely (by pool) SC: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I used nanopool's autoconfig generator, here s my config
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal 0xmyethwallet -epsw x -dcoin sia -dpool sia-eu1.nanopool.org:7777 -dwal mysiawallet -dpsw x -ftime 10
Am I the only one? I tried replacing -dcoin sia with -dcoin sc but same result.
Did you change "0xmyethwallet" and "mysiawallet" to your actual wallet addresses? Yes I replaced both. ETH is mining normally but I only get timeouts for sia. Can you paste your start.bat file? I ll try it and see it it works. Maybe there s something wrong with my SIA address?

I m wondering why no one is using a proper case for 4x GPU mining rigs.
The cons I can see are (in my perceived order of importance): -can only handle 4x GPUs -adds to the cost (about 50$) -lowers air flow -can only be used with blower style cooler GPUs (open air coolers won't work because the cards are too close to each other)
Pros:
-it seems a bit more compact that racks -noise levels would seem lower -lower risk of short circuit/things falling appart if someone (dog/cat/kid) bumps in the computer/in case of earthquake -it would be easier to repurpose the machine to something else should GPU mining become unprofitable -it would seem easier to stack up machines for a mid sized farm (about 10 machines )
I m currently mining with my existing computer which I upgraded to 4x RX480 reference with blower fans and I m very happy with it. I have kids running around and live in Japan where earthquakes are common so I would never use racks.
I seem to be the exception. Why is everyone using racks?

Thanks for your reply Genoil.
You migh consider putting a devfee and updating your ETH miner. If I had the skills I presume you have I d definitively do it cause it would be worth 6 digits $ at least. Maybe I m underestimating the difficulty.
How does the Claymore miner work? I m pretty sure the archtecture is similar to the original ETH miner. In that case if he is using all these open source libraries and asks for a fee, it would seem to me that he is breaking some open source agreements.

So you mean ethminer is not compatible with eth-proxy stratum?
Is there anything I can do or we have to wait for genoil to fix it?

Hi, I m using ethminer-0.9.41-genoil 1.1.17 and I can t get it to work. I get the " Read response failed: The semaphore timeout period has expired" error in a loop. My setup works with claymore so I m wondering what s wrong with my genoil config. I also tried OPENCL but same error
ethminer.exe --farm-recheck 1000 -U -S eth-us-west1.nanopool.org:9999 -FS eth-eu2.nanopool.org:9999 -O <mywallet>
