1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betonline have removed their live dealer blackjack provider from incident record on: June 19, 2017, 04:25:01 PM
All live dealer sites that have used Ezugi created software will be affected by this.
They are HQ'd in Costa rica with their facility located there with their testing studio not to far away from the capital of San Jose. Believe me on this. I have a software engineer that I have been talking to via skype since Feburary 2014. Grin

Sorry for dragging this thread back up, especially as this is my first post.

I have to correct you, I'm afraid that you and your engineer have your information wrong about Ezugi.

They were not involved in the Live Dealer scams with Betonline.ag

BetOnline used the Live Casino Solution from Global Gaming Labs and had decided way before the Youtube video was released to move to a new supplier.

In part because of some issues and part because Global Gaming Labs (GGL) had announced they were closing down. Visionary iGaming had been working in the background with Betonline and 20 of GGL's clients to migrate them to their platform, which was completed in June 2017.

I flew from the UK in May to meet all of the live casino solution providers based in San Jose, Costa Rica - GGL, Visionary iGaming, Ezugi and Vivo Gaming, so I have first-hand knowledge and experience of their operations and their set-up.

I saw no evidence of systematic cheating by the companies. However grooming of dealers by outside third parties is a problem and several have lost their jobs through this. The internal controls monitoring the dealers are significant as is player activity. Anything even slightly suspicious is flagged up for investigation.

I also have my own theories about the Youtube video which I've documented here. https://www.livecasinocomparer.com/news/truth-about-the-betonline-cheating-scandal/
