Getting listed in big exchanges really matters because it could create hype but only few projects have the ability to do so and most of the time they don't have a bounty campaign, if there's is a campaign that have confirmed listing on Binance, Kucoin, Gate.io etc. then I would be happy to join and promote that kind of project.

There are lot things to learn if you want to be a crypto consultant but if you continue to work hard and stay on this space then there is no doubt that you will achieve your goal. You may also find other opportunities while learning to be a pro and I salute OP for having a strong mindset to support crypto.

Its all about the market competition since the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is on mainstream. A new project is created that offer to solve a real-life problems much accurate and faster compare to other project that has same concept which is already available in the market.

I think that pump and dump of a coin is one of the strategies for whales or traders to maximize their profit and there are also some celebrities before that was used for pumping a coin which turn out to be effective but later on the people are now fully aware and they don't rely now about this pump and dump groups.

Tether and any altcoins was created because of Bitcoin's ideology and it is known as the father of all coin so if there is big from other altcoins then it could have some effect on Bitcoin price though these coins are not really related but for sure there will be some changes.

Getting involve in crypto needs some courage and believe in the technology for you to achieve success even though you will make mistakes on your pathway but sometimes mistake is meant to a happen for a reason in able for you to progress well in the nearest future.

If I remember correctly, one of the first countries to adopt cryptocurrency is mostly in European but its not fully regulated until now though they have made some progress regarding the regulatory framework over the past few years.

Holding will surely become fruitful in the long run as long as the project development continues and the team is actively attract more users for their platform, just like Bitcoin that it takes a couple years before it gets the thousand value.

I have been using MEW for almost 2 years and I never had a problem on my ERC-20 tokens because the security is very tight since I stored my privatekey safely but recently I try using Metamask which is an upgrade version of MEW wallet and also secured.

Very true! sometimes you will have a bad experience but if you learn from it then you can easily bypass anything that may occur in the future. Any person made a mistakes but because when you learn from that mistake then you will definitely be stronger as an individual.

It is true that there are lot of projects out there that has a same concept due to the competition which I think is not that bad either because in real world we also have different companies that offering same product or services so in my opinion it is also natural in cryptosphere.

I can accept if I don't get paid if the project is a scam but what I can't hardly accept is the extension of campaign which sometimes takes almost half of year then in the end you don't get what you deserve.

I would suggest to read the whitepaper and do a background check for the team members if its a real or fake people and if you are looking for a good project who has a big potential then you need to make deep research about the real use-case of their product.

I've seen a lot of projects that has been drifting away from Ethereum-meta due to the network congestion though Ethereum blockchain is still one of the easy to use and understand platform for newbies in crypto industry so I think Ethereum will stay on top for a longer time.

Absolutely correct because whatever you gain or lose in this space will depend on your final decision whether to buy, sell or hold. Everything is in the palm of your hands since you have the full control of your coins.

Not a wise decision if you convert all of your altcoin into Bitcoin because there are some altcoins who has a big potential to grow especially the coins that is on the top 10 although it will give you a safe long term goal for holding Bitcoin because the value will surely grow in the next coming years.

Yes I believe that scammers will make use the IEO trend to lure the newbie investors but I think the community who has an advance knowledge on this space can help them if they report or notify newly investors to stay away from a project that conducting an IEO on unknown exchanges.
