2  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] Raspberry Pi model B+ v1.2 cpu rev. 0010 on: September 12, 2017, 08:35:22 AM
Hi all,

for my mining rig I'd like to buy Raspberry Pi model B+ v 1.2 with chipset revision 0010.

Specifically I need chipset revision 0010 because of custom linux kernel that won't work on new chipset revisions.
The chipset revision can be found out by issuing following command on the console:

Code:
cat /proc/cpuinfo

Output should be (note the Revision line):
Code:
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ cat /proc/cpuinfo
processor : 0
model name : ARMv6-compatible processor rev 7 (v6l)
Features : swp half thumb fastmult vfp edsp java tls
CPU implementer : 0x41
CPU architecture: 7
CPU variant : 0x0
CPU part : 0xb76
CPU revision : 7

Hardware : BCM2708
Revision : 0010
Serial : 0000000089f8fb06

I'm willing to pay in BTC or exchange for brand new Raspberry Pi any model.

Well ... as you can see it's hard to get zip drive even to read the wallet.dat Cheesy

No, I'm kidding. I don't use it for that purpose.
6  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Iomega Zip drive 100MB on: August 07, 2013, 10:42:32 AM

I knew I wasn't the first person to think of putting a wallet.dat on a zip disc haha.

Haha - you got me on this Cheesy It's perfect right? unless your zip drive fails ...
7  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Iomega Zip drive 100MB on: August 07, 2013, 10:32:43 AM
I have one here with a SCSI interface...

Thanks for offer, SCSI is not viable option I am afraid.
8  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] Iomega Zip drive 100MB on: August 06, 2013, 09:38:38 AM
Hi all,

for purpose of saving my company archive I need Iomega ZIP drive for 100MB zip diskettes preferably with USB interface, but Parallel would do as well.
I had two of those and both broke down this week.

Cheers.

12  Economy / Auctions / Re: [WTS] Complete mining rig avg 8.7Gh/s based on Ztex cards on: August 05, 2013, 02:45:05 PM
as there have been no offers...
sadly I think your a little late to sell, these would have sold pretty well a month or so ago, but ghs/btc is a lot lower now..

Ill offer you 8btc per rig inc shipping and escrow, and I do expect it to be rejected, but I wont go higher Cheesy
I maybe interested in 2 rigs though, I have a soft spot for ztex tbh

I'm afraid you are right, no one wants my nice custom build rig:). I am afraid I can not accept your offer, especially the inc. shipping part Smiley. Also I imagined some BTC for the raspberry pi at least.
I want, but price is too high Grin

But just imagine how much love and care I put into this machine, that must be worth something   Smiley

Sounds good.
Because you are a Junior menber and to avoid troubles, could you upload some pictures?
Thanks!!!

Hi, sorry for delay I was in a bit of hurry.
Made some photos from the installation site. As you can see we have 6 rigs in total, I made some close up photos of one of them and screen shot of bfgminer showing the cards in action.

If interested you can browse complete photo gallery here: http://imgur.com/a/BjWc7#6

If I am not mistaken the bank accounts of the bitcoin24 were blocked by German and Polish police in the investigation of phishing fraud funds being transferred via bitcoin24 and affiliated bank accounts. Not that bitcoin24 took any place in the phishing operations but more that the phishing scammers used bitcoin24 to transfer their "earnings" via bitcoin. At least that is what friend of mine told me (he have quite some amount in the EUR and BTC blocked in the bitcoin24).
More info to be found for example here: https://twitter.com/Bitcoin24com

If I am mistaken I would be glad for correction or more inside/insight info Smiley
