Signal Tokens will likely be added to exchanges just as other projects coins have been added in the past. We cannot be involved in adding the coin to exchanges though, it would have to be something that the community does. If you look at other projects though, they all get added to exchanges because either the community made it happen, or the exchange took it upon themselves to add the token.
