I disagree, they are trying hard to finalize their product, and they'll release as soon as it's ready to be released.

I agree, only Avalon and Butterfly Labs are legit (the latter only seems to be legit, as no one received their shipment yet)

You can buy it off other people for a lot of money

Avalon will release the specifications and make it open-source. Plus you can soon start ordering their chips!

There are some people offering their avalons and I can't message them telling them I'm interested
