Finally they accepted my driver's license, which i went and scanned in high quality. I guess photo wasn't as good quality as they wanted. I was out of choices since i live in EU and never been outside EU, so i was never in need of issuing passport and my ID card isn't in PVC card like most of you.



What do you expect me to say? That you re so smart that you cant even know if i m new here or in cryptoword? So learn that i m trading since 2013 where 1 btc=200eur and i was never in need of getting verified.


Maybe we have real jobs and we cant trade everyday?? To answer you i was without PC for at least 3 months and before i left from my base home i didnt have the time to get verified.

For both of you i could have said a lot, but i ll try to keep it in a polite way...The fact that you are in higher rank here in BTCtalk doesnt give you the right to be judges but you must have brain to understand that so i can't blame you....

I ve used a brown background since my driver's license is pink-white, to make it easily distinguishable, no other reasons.




As i ve explained my driver's license was crystal clear and not blurred.


I m using desktop to get verified and the only document i have is my ID and my driver's license (since i m European i dont need passport so far). I ve explained them that ID is  of crap quality and they suggested me to use driver's license.
 
However what it makes me worry is that i ve received this email, which i see it has been sent to others

and no other response (for 5 days now) from them despite the fact i ve just asked them politely to unblock my account so i can try to get verified again. Poloniex support was sending me emails 1 time every day (not helping though and frustrating) and after i started posting here no other communication.

I ve done everything you ve mentioned here and in their support section, HD image, as clear and readable ID as i my phone allows me and i ve also left a little space as background (a brown color background not noisy). The error i get is that my ID is not recognised by their system, however as i ve already written it is crystal clear to a human eye and thats the formal ID they suggested me after i communicated with them. The funny part of this is that while i ve sent them a request to unblock my verification page since i ve reached 2nd time max verification times, they sent me a message that they will close a second ticket (i ve only opened 1, i guess it opened automatically since i replied them through email) to help me solve this quicklier . I guess patience is the key however i m running out of it, cause it feels like they re trolling me.

I guess nothing of these would have happened if Bloomberg wouldn't had bought Poloniex....

I have an unverified account with money inside (not much but it's mine not theirs). I came back from holidays and wanted to start trading, so i logged in in order to get verified, though they never gave us a specific date, so we can withdraw or not if we dont want to get verified. I keep trying verifying for a whole week with high quality photos of formal ids (either driver's license or id), and i keep getting rejected by their system. I asked support for help since i ve reached the max number of verifications tries, however it is slow and they keep replying me with non-sense responses(they suggested me to upload my driver's license, since it was more new and of better quality than my id, and after i did that the same hour they rejected me). Furthermore, today is the 2nd time i ve reached maximum number of verification tries.
I ve written them that since its not my fault that i m not getting verified and i was willing to get verified, i demand as a customer to delete my account and return my balance and they deny it, with a reply that they cant give me my money back unless i get verified.

Question 1: Should i worry?
Question 2: Do any of you had the same problem?
Question 3: Should i contact a lawyer?

I dont really know what to do and i me nearly out of options and will ...Anyway after this awful experience, in which the fault is not mine , i m thinking seriously to get verified(lol if i am able to do it) and then delete my account since this is at least unacceptable.

Αυτό ενδιαφέρει όσους κάνουν trading στο  ανταλλακτήριο αυτό και μπορεί να μην έχουν μπει για καιρό ή να έχουν αφήσει-ξεχάσει altcoins-bitcoins εκεί. Απο τις 28 Απριλίου 2018 αλλάζει η ιδιοκτησία του ανταλλακτηρίου, υποστηρίζοντας πως θα ανανεωθεί το site και θα αποκτήσει και άλλα πλεονεκτήματα. Ωστόσο μέχρι να πραγματοποιηθεί η αλλαγή ιδιοκτησίας θα υπάρχει ένα πλάνο το οποίο θα οδηγήσει στο κλείσιμο του ανταλλακτηρίου μέχρι να επανέλθει

Το πλάνο έχει ως εξής:

2017-10-30 Ακυρώνονται οι καταθέσεις ΕΤC και ETH
2017-11-30 Ακυρώνονται οι καταθέσεις για όλα τα altcoins, ενώ όλοι οι χρήστες αποκτούν ή θα πρέπει να αποκτήσουν (δεν κατάλαβα αλλά δεν δίνει παραπάνω διευκρινισεις) 3ο επίπεδο πιστοποίησης λογαριασμου (διαβατήριο, ταυτότητα με βάση τα σημερινά δεδομένα).

2018-02-28 Σταματά το trading, το dice και τα API
2018-03-31 Δεν θα λειτουργεί το Login, ενώ το website θα αντικατασταθεί με πληροφορίες.
2018-04-15 Σταματάει η υποστήριξη και όλα τα δεδομένα των χρηστών στο  Novaexchange διαγράφονται.


Επίσης να ενημερώσω πως το υπόλοιπο όσων altcoin δεν έχει γινει ανάληψη μετά 2018-04-01 θα θεωρείται ως δωρεά και δεν θα ειναι εξαργυρώσιμο. Οπότε για να μην το αφήσετε σε αυτούς εαν δεν θέλετε σιγά σιγά προετοιμαστείτε για αναλήψεις σε δικά σας πορτοφόλια (προτιμότερο αν και πιανει χώρο) ή σε άλλα ανταλλακτήρια.

TIP:Καλό ειναι εαν επιλέξετε να κατεβάσετε πορτοφόλια για το pc σας να δείτε μήπως υπάρχει καποιο μέγιστο ποσό ανα ανάληψη γιατί μπορεί να μην εμφανίζεται στο πορτοφόλι σας και εαν δεν υπάρχει ενεργός developer να μην μπορέσετε να τα ανακτήσετε.

creepy there is no dev at the moment. Coin is supported by amazing community and only. Current version of what community uses is bumbacoin's wallet version

I made a step by step video on how to sync wallet.

change the username and the password (both can be random-doesnt affect it nor y have to remember it) inside the conf file
follow the process i wrote earlier.

of course it s not going to be encrypted. You are going to do it by going Settings -> Encrypt Wallet and write a password (this password is the password you should remember and never forget)

if y still have problems delete stronghands folder located into appdata/roaming and follow the process. It is easy  process

P.S. Something else dont send transactions bigger than 1 billion shnd (i m not sure for the exact number), try sending them in 100 million.Fees are very low and your wallet will be safe.

if you feel ok by downloading this conf file https://www.dropbox.com/s/4ktwxvn83o55cfu/stronghands.conf?dl=0 and paste it into your %Appdata/Roaming/Stronghands (only change username and password), elsewhere you can do it by yourself go to an exchange search for peers and paste them in a conf file named stronghands.conf

The process is this :

1-open wallet for first time (to create appdata/roaming folder)
2-close wallet
3-paste stronghands.conf or create one by yourself in stronghands roaming folder
4-open again wallet
5-go watch a movie until it syncs (probably a trilogy since it takes some time) :p

By operational coin you mean the one i posted or bumbacoin's ?

Hello guys, hope all the community is well.

I have some million stronghands and i always supported this coin, despite the fact that it need some improvements. I consider myself as a tech noob but because i love this coin i spend some time trying to improve windows wallet. Not serious changes but i like it much more than the older. Also, i added some checkpoints. In a while, i ll upload the wallet so y can see it, review it and tell me if y dont like something about it (ofc with virustotal scan).

P.S.
1. I dont claim that i am dev in any coin or that i want to become dev of this coin. I m just a stronghands community member (didnt fork it or change parametres, only adding checkpoints).

2. Bumbacoin, i dont have github, but if y want to give y the folder with the changes i ve made let me know.

3.Tell me if y can open it or y face problems (in 2 windows pc i tried it, it works fine).

I think that the combined logo of the previous of both the old and the one sprouts have now may be nice (check the link above).
Of course we need social media campaigns and i think that if the coin gets the attention of more and more people new devs and programmers will help for this coin.

So we need one-two dev with skills to compile and do the hard work ( programming work) and we need to expand this coin to more and more people and start working on making this coin great

Oh i see that is a problem i will pm him but i dont know if he will reply. I think that in order to pump this coins value and stability we need a couple of things. A new site would be a great start (i created one and i ll give y a little teaser  ). Furthermore, we need a linux wallet and why not also an android (i havent see any of them there) and finally i think we need a new more organized thread in bitcointalk. Is anyone willing to help? I m in for a try. I ll also pm here and in sprouts site to the dev and let you know.

Sorry, i didnt know that because i am a new account here in bitcointalk, i do not have the right to write. Be sure, that it wont happen again. It's so sad that a dev of a coin like you, only cares about ''newbie accounts'' and not to explain why the site was not launched in estimated time, the server was down for a long time and that the website looks like a 18 years old guy wrote it in 5 minutes. The fact that they tried to hack me is true and you know it and that's why you put a ''disclaimer'' in your site.Be sure, i m not going to invest in such humans and be sure i m not gonna delete any comment just to let people see your reaction as a dev in such accusations.

P.S.it is pity because this coin had nice specs

First of all,  (i wrote that already) they tried to hack my coinexchange account with their faucet. Secondly, the only thing that they write in their site which was launched later than the estimated time (not fully functional as you say) is that glt is x10 times faster than usain bolt. Also where are the devs and not even a twitter update (give me a break).
