I have 2 cashouts awaiting approval since 06/11 (12 days now) , and they dont reply my tickets. Anyone know if they will eventually go through?? Thanks.

I have two cash outs Awaiting Approval since 13 days already,and they dont reply my tickets, the cash outs are ETH and ripple if it matters,anyone knows what can i do? anyone experienced with wating approvals this long? did they get through finally? Thank you.
