Hello. I'm a beginner developer (PHP & Java for android), so I do not understand  all of the principles of  the blockchain. I'll even say more: all that I know about bitcoin and this technology I learned in the last 6 hours.

My question is in the subject, as I understand, the purposefulness of mining with each new block falls. Maybe if you combine the client and the mining - will the problem go away? Will it help to solve it, or maybe it was already solved.

I will be glad to any information that will help to understand the blockChain tech fully .
