When I know my account was frozen, I created a new ticket #233106 I don't know and freeze my account by myself

Then I enabled Two-Factor Authentication on Poloniex and commented on this ticket and I don't have any feedback.
I'm worried and bored about it because I don't have any feedback from any support agent.
Somebody can help me how to contact to support of poloniex for my cases or not?
I'm appreciated your help.
