I also have a similar situation. Waiting for 12.5 ETH since May 10th now. Been blocked after opening multiple tickets and they aren't responding via their social channels.... Great stuff.

Yeah, for me it was https://github.com/bitcoinx2/Espers/wiki/Solving-wallet-issues that helped me put my wallet on the right chain, had to use the snapshot combined with a rescan.
