Let's talk tokens


1 - What is the funding breakdown?

The largest portion of funding (48%) will be used to contribute to hoaxChain research expenditure. The Internet of Transactions (IoT) smart platform development (HXZ) will be the second largest area of expenditure (22%). Additionally, approximately 12% will be used and held for legal purposes, and 12% for marketing, business development and other purposes.


2 - What can I do with my tokens?

You will receive HXC tokens in the wallet you set up and can transfer them from there. You can then sell them in the markets.  Once our HXZ IoT smart platform is implemented, you can choose to lock your HXC tokens in the HXZ smart contract. By locking your tokens down for a fixed period of time as HXZ, you will receive HXX as interest payments, at a rate determined by the market.


3 - When do I receive my tokens?

You will receive your tokens no later than one week after the conclusion of the sale, in December 2017.


4 - Do I receive tokens at the same price as everyone else?

Everyone will receive tokens at the same price. This price will be the price at which the token sale concludes.


5 - What is the token supply breakdown?

100 million tokens will be created for the sale, and no more will ever be created. 1 million of these tokens will be sold in the sale, and the remainder will be retained by hoaxChain.


6 - What is the target amount to be raised in the ICO?

There are no targets or caps, the amount raised will be determined be the market. [/list]
