I'm not on telegram so I have no idea what was actually said there, but let's face it, even if an actual date was given, you probably shouldn't get your hopes up.  Dates haven't really worked out for us so far.  Until I actually see the exchange working and see other people dumping their coins with reckless abandon, I won't believe anything.

I have no idea what the market cap of XFC will be in the next few months, but I certainly hope the coin will soon be listed to a high volume exchange like Binance or Bittrex.  The coin would get a lot of attention there and I think investors will be very happy then.

This!  I'm surprised that weekends on twitter and forum are so quiet.  Seems to me that's when things should be most busy for promotion of the game.  

I wanted this project to be a success but I don't see how it's possible.  Too many mistakes and broken promises for me already.  And I agree with some of the previous commenters that if exchange is not ready to use this month, then the team needs to buy back the XFC from investors that are unsatisfied.  That would allow the unhappy people to leave and everyone else can smile and wait for what comes next. 

And if the exchange is not ready and no money is refunded, it should be all the proof anyone needs to see that the project was probably always scam.  Seven months with no listing on coinmarketcap and no real chance to buy, sell, or trade the coin (dex is no good) is not how a legitimate project works. 

I think the ICO ended around June 24th.  I seem to recall seeing that they collected around 1100 BTC but I could be wrong about that. 

Maybe the Footballcoin team should also add digital cats to the game somehow.  They don't even have to look particularly good.  Football and kittens would probably be an unstoppable combination.  Top 10 on coinmarketcap!  Ha!!   

Well, it looks like November was a disappointment for us.  Hopefully we will not be saying the same thing about December when January gets here.

Although I would like to see the new blockchain and exchange available this month, I am very skeptical that it will happen.  And for anyone looking to sell their XFC immediately, don't plan on getting much price for it. 

I guess there's no point in making a big announcement yet for something that might not happen.  And I'm pretty sure there is not a marketing team yet either. Maybe they will be hired next year.   

I think they mentioned a few pages ago that they planned to list the coin on other exchanges besides their Digital Tokens exchange.  Frankly, after all the work they are putting into the game and coin, it would be crazy not to try to get it listed on at least one or two of the larger exchanges.  That will clearly benefit the overall value of the project.   

I'm glad to see Footballcoin adding new leagues.  This will certainly elevate the game's status against other football manager games.  I was also reading the Russian thread today and I noticed this response by the developers:

"Hello. Thank you for your interest. It's not our decision not to have coins listed in Bittrex, they decided not to list any coins that work for counterparty. That's why we create our own Blockchain. It is being tested right now. Once this is done, you will see it on Bittrex and other exchange services."

So if this response is accurate it sounds like the developers have an intention to try to be listed on Bittrex and other notable exchanges.  I hope this happens while the market is still looking good.   

I completely agree that Footballcoin is superior to a majority of the current football manager games on the market and only lacks time and an effective marketing strategy to see its true value, which should be a considerable amount.  Unfortunately I don't have much marketing knowledge so I can't offer any specific ideas on how to effectively spread awareness of the product.  But I certainly wish the team much success in your marketing efforts.  

I agree with you that short term investors are going to lose on this coin.  That's very unfortunate because the idea was good, but the execution of this project was not timed well at all.  A great opportunity was lost to advertise prior to the start of the season and get a lot of people into the game early.  It's not going to have any good value until extensive marketing is done among the non-crypto football fans of the world.  They will be the ones who drive the price of this coin, so I hope the team has an effective strategy for that.  It will take more than just twitter posts to make this work.

It looks like the Footballcoin twitter account has received several questions recently about the timing of the exchange and just as was previously mentioned, the general response was "soon".  I think someone managed to narrow them all the way down to a confirmation that it would be sometime in 2017.  Ha!  So I guess you can expect trading to begin sometime in the next 4 months.     I'm hoping they do some serious advertising between now and then to get non-crypto fans to notice the site.

How long will it take to establish a new block chain to replace the current one?  I assume the old footballcoin wallet will no longer be used, so I'm guessing a new wallet will be built also.  How will we swap our current coins for the new version?

Agreed.  Although Bittrex is one of the best exchanges and everyone would love to see the coin listed there, I don't think Bittrex accepts many new coins now unless the coin raised very large amounts of money during the ICO and is already widely known.   That is not the case with XFC.  That's why it is more realistic to aim for the medium size exchanges like Livecoin, Liqui, Yobit, or similar.  The chances of getting listed there are much better and it will allow the coin a chance to gain awareness during the football season.  Eventually it may be successful enough to be listed on Bittrex. 

Yes!!  THIS!!!  Please don't allow Cryptodao to be your only choice for footballcoin.  It will be a bad sign of things to come.  Cryptodao has horrible volume and support.  In short, they are crooks.  Please aim for Cryptopia or bigger.  The small investment required now to be listed on a medium or larger exchange will pay off very well in the coin's visibility and perceived value.  

To be honest I wasn't expecting Bittrex but I was really hoping for something with the volume of Liqui, Yobit, or even Cryptopia.  I hope Cryptodao is not the only exchange that will be available in the near future for the XFC coin.   

I think they will have EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga ready for the start of their seasons also but I'm not sure if the XFCcoin will be available for people to buy and trade yet and for buying the best players in each league.  It sounds like their progress on the coin is not as good as we would like.
