What an interesting project! It's uplifting to see there's people out there still fighting for the wellbeing of all of us. I´m really happy I can be part of such an iniciative, I know several elder people in my circle who would really benefit from this. I wish you success in your project, I'm sure it will grow and many people will benefit from it.  |

Hello guys. Im pretty new to cryptocurrency. So I have read for about 1 month news and articles about altcoins and bitcoin, mining vs buying crypto, trading and investing, checking each day price of top 10 coins. I do understand that I can not make billions since I should started few years ago. But I really like the idea of crypto and I would like to support / help it by buying / investing some money into altcoins. I dont have enough money to buy bitcoin. Here come questions : 1) Im interested in benefit / result in long term. So I want to make my portfolio low risk. I have read here on forum different opinions like “litecoin is total ***” and that “all altcoins dont have future” and “bubble of altcoins will be destroyed”. As Im pretty newbie on which factors should I first look at? Capitalisation? Creator of coin? Technologie or protocol? 2) Would you suggest to divide my start capital in 10 parts? 3) Is it OK to buy part of bitcoin and not whole coin? 4) Is it good time to buy now coins since almost every coin is dropping in price? Should I wait now or buy after SegWit? 5) Can you please link other forums or websites with helpful info for exploring and learning? 6) And some reliable websites for buying crypto from Europe and online wallets? 7) If I also want to try mining should I start then with coins like litecoin and ripple? I guess BTC is not exactly low risk (bank investments are safer but they offer less profit), but btc is definitely safer than most alts. I'd say start trading with small ammounts at first! 2)Dividing your capital is a great a idea so you can minimize loss. 4) I'd say it's a good time to invest, prices are down, and they might go even lower but eventually they will rise again. Hey! I was wondering the same thing some weeks ago. Try posting something useful and interesting at least ONCE A DAY, everyday. This way every 2 weeks your activity will rise by 14 points. And of course, to be able to talk about btc properly, LEARN and study a lot! The best way I know is to learn from trial and error.
I agree. I invested 200€ with zero knowledge, and I am still learning everyday so I save my investment and make it bigger. Dive in the forums and google, and use this forum and youtube. Btw, I wrote a thread about learning resources too, have a look! (Still being updated on a daily basis): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1996471I have gone through the thread you quoted and it's really helpful not only for the new users but also for the experienced users to find all stuff at a single place. I also appreciate your efforts of starting trading with a low amount, however, I suggest you reduce the amount even further and increase the frequencies of the trades and try out different strategies. Do not forget to share the experience (even if you lose) so that everyone can learn something from it. Thank you! It´s also helping me a lot in my journey to write this thread, keeping it updated, looking for more resources... You're right, I am reading a lot and as soon as I understand a bit more I want to start doing intra-day trading with alts, to learn more. I am reading about charts analysis, the points a coin should meet to make sure it's a good project, etc Any good strategies you'd like to share that a newbie could find helpful? thanks again I am not sure if this strategy would work for you or not but it works for me and I would also advise you not to follow any strategy blindly without studying about it. When I buy for the investment purpose, I never but a lot of 100. I wait for the price to fall and during the price fall I put various orders with various units in it such as 10 - 30 - 40 - 60 etc and as soon as the price starts rising, I do the same in reverse order. It rarely disappointed me so far. I heard about it already and it souns great will try it out soon. I understand it minimises the risks, I´m OK with a conservative strategy at the beginning. Do you mean you have multiplied your initial investment by 50 in less than 2 months?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?  Have you finished primary school yet? In no way does your calculation make sense. No. First, no need to be so harsh. I have a masters education and a reputated carreer in a completely different field, fyi. He said he made 4,28% EACH DAY, so my calculation was: Invest 100 --> 104.28 at the end of the day. Has 104.28 now --> 108.74 at the end of the second day. And so on. If you don't want to be helpful just don't answer. Oh, and have you noticed? I´m a newbie. I guess I will stop asking questions in experts' threads. |

Is there any veteran member who wants to share with us the kind of profit you've got with the bot in a period of time? Example: "I used 1000$ with gunbot and I had 1200$ in a month" I´d just like to know the kind of profit or percentage we´re talking about Thanks in advance I've made on average 4,28% a day, over 56 days of running the bot. How can i improve my account status? You can start by looking at this topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.0You can gain 14 activity points in 2 weeks at max. You'll become a hero member when you have 480 act. points. Means, If you post 1 message to the board every day, you'll be a hero in 9-10 months. I really don't understand fully how it's calculated but I got 28 activity points in around 10 days, so I think it could be done much faster! |

I know this may seem like something that is easy to find with google but I am having a difficult time finding a good forum or website where trading strategy is the primary goal and I can improve my skills. I used to play online poker and stopped after Black Friday.
My question is are there any websites that are like the 2+2 forums, card runners or deucescracked etc.? Where have you gone to learn about daytrading cryptocurrencies?
I got into this a little over a month and half ago and while I am up because of just a lucky decision or two I am quickly going to lose my ass if I don't figure out some sort of effective strategy.
In short, I suck at this and really need some help.

Edit: Before someone replies I just want to throw this out there, I'm pretty sure this is a good website to learn about coins and what not and I come here everyday but I have a very hard time sorting through the bullshit. Obviously this place might be a great place but I might be in the wrong sections.
