2  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMHASH] 10 BTC REWARD FOR INFO ABOUT AMHASH OWNERS on: March 05, 2015, 07:39:46 PM
You'd think if AirWolf had done all this amazing sutff and got money back for Forum members they would have given him some positive trust feedback?

5  Economy / Securities / Re: HAVELOCK INVESTMENTS - Trading To Resume 6 PM EST March 4th on: March 04, 2015, 11:51:34 PM
Have you ever met anyone who didn't stop to rubberneck at a spectacular trainwreck?

Your a like someone who lives in the desert, and repeatadly says its going to rain. Then feels somewhat vindicated when it eventually does so you can say I told you so. There was bunch of the same fuckers <ahem> economists in 2007 who "called" the crash.
6  Economy / Securities / Re: HAVELOCK INVESTMENTS - Trading To Resume 6 PM EST March 4th on: March 04, 2015, 11:42:12 PM

8  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMHASH] 10 BTC REWARD FOR INFO ABOUT AMHASH OWNERS on: March 03, 2015, 06:36:27 PM
This thread reminds me of all the Falling/Rising threads in the speculation sub forums.

Is some one shorting the shares and trying to sway public opinion to make them to something drastic like sell all their shares at a loss?

9  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMHASH] 10 BTC REWARD FOR INFO ABOUT AMHASH OWNERS on: March 03, 2015, 04:47:03 PM
Any chance we can direct the fund to take out NotLambChop. I have all his details if anyone wants to pay him a visit.
10  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: March 03, 2015, 04:40:30 PM
here is my take, AM will cover the dividends for AMHash. Amhash was supposed to be a way to mine risk free, without variation and uptime/downtime of hw. The formula for dividends is just maths, so this gave an opportunity for the miner to make some money with variation/luck while being constant for the AMhash holder. If something happened to the physical equipment then the miner was incentivised to fix it but this wouldn't change the maths in divedend back to the share holder.

We are going to see a dump of AM1,AM100,AMHASH. People are spooked, there is alot of disinformation, other folks threatening physical violence/menaces etc.

Announcements will come, and confidence will come back, then market will resume normal behavior. Isn't this how it has been always?

I think the question should be more around, will you be short selling to increase position or selling to get out or holding. Im going to hold and I standby by making that decision public.

12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculation Troll Rant on: February 18, 2015, 06:41:42 PM

"There was madness in any direction, at any hour. If not across the Bay, then up the Golden Gate or down 101 to Los Altos or La Honda... You could strike sparks anywhere. There was a fantastic universal sense that whatever we were doing was right, that we were winning.…
And that, I think, was the handle—that sense of inevitable victory over the forces of Old and Evil. Not in any mean or military sense; we didn't need that. Our energy would simply prevail. There was no point in fighting—on our side or theirs. We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave...

So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark—that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back.

13  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: New diff thread Feb 9 to Feb ? this has a promo for best guess. on: February 17, 2015, 11:47:19 PM
The wisdom of crowds, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wisdom_of_Crowds

so according to the country fair theory of guesses +3.71% will be positive difficulty change or -2.68% for a negative difficult change.
14  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 17, 2015, 11:36:02 PM
looks like the extra has now been priced in. I reckon we will have at least one fat finger/desperation buy/sell order before the dividends restart  Grin
15  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 17, 2015, 11:32:56 PM

16  Economy / Speculation / Speculation Troll Rant on: February 17, 2015, 11:27:38 PM
Never in my time here have I ever witnessed such panic and delusion that goes on in this subforum. It really disgusts me thinking about the bitcoin technology, the greed of some people trying to cause fear, doubt
on the price. I hear calls of bulltrap and beartrap and all of these things. A few years ago this forum was full of happiness, helpfulness and love. Nowadays it seems   that we are over-run by shorters,
tenacious manner of beasties.

Learning about bitcoin has been an amazing experience, the ups the downs and working out how to communicate with all the different types of people on these forums. You have the seasoned and new folks looking
at their member profile. You have the trolls, shorters, assholes, scammers, posting absolute crap most of the time trying to lure people into their posts with some kind of hidden agenda waiting to pop out to try to
make people do something. I dont think anyone can say they are innocent here but certainly there are forum members who I respect, laugh at, and absolute despise. A meme with your comment is not sophistication.

Besides all this, I really believe that Bitcoin will be something that changes our society today. Initially I thought it would be something to do with how you can move money around the world easily in a trustable way,
can't imagine that much now. Sometimes I think it will be like high speed camera shots were to the in vitero egg process. They revolutionized it making it highly successful and reducing the costs. I am in a state of
happiness when it comes to Bitcon, its value now and its future untold value

Other people are not so optimistic and yes while this is a speculation forum, people will speculate positively to your position or negatively. The manner in which they do this is appalling, trolling/counter trolling etc
People are scum sometimes and I find this disheartening. Stupid unicorn memes, really?

This community deserves better, it once was a great place until all the greedy folk lost their money(NotLambchop at a guess). As a member sometimes I believe I should give back, shout back or plain do something
right. I do try to keep a light heart, and think of the upsides but more and more I feel like the lurkers, the long time holders, they early adopters, the geeks, the nerds, the dreamers and normal folk are persecuted
or downright dishonored by the likes of which post here.

Lambchop or not you should be ashamed of yourself, and the others who are out there need to listen up. We dont read your crap anymore, we put you on ignore or laugh incontrollably at your stupidity and secretly
lambaste your idiocy on these forums.

Explaining how I feel makes this a bit easier to deal with, BTC will rise and fall over time. Trend Analysis never ends, just how you look at the timescale. Past performance does not indicate how future performance
decides to go but it is fun and rewarding to guess and be right. All the other crap is on my ignore list Smiley BTC for the future, hodl till ya can hodl no more
17  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: New diff thread Feb 9 to Feb ? this has a promo for best guess. on: February 12, 2015, 08:36:21 PM

18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 06, 2015, 10:34:07 PM
people will never learn. They will only get slapped in the face another time.

So what do you suggest, people stop trading BTC because all exchanges are at risk at some point?

People have learned, and now its about risk vs reward.

I have some lovely speculation for everyone on this thread. Does anyone notice the correlation between the mining hash with price bottoms. Seems like miners are selling BTC, then turn mining gear on to earn back. Might not be related but fun to think about Smiley
19  Economy / Securities / Re: Where should I list my Asset? on: February 04, 2015, 08:00:06 PM
Ok so your longwinded answer is no escrow, good luck!
20  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 04, 2015, 04:36:18 PM

this all boils down to who gets their gear plugged in first, we wont know this until its happened. You can keep an eye on the hash rate charts though
