GDP driven ecosystem will be community-managed from Seed-to-Salad; i.e. any token holder through any web-enabled device would have direct, 24/7 sight of all assets under management.

Data center serves other purposes, mainly in the development process. We intend transactions to be managed and facilitated through a peer-to-peer exchange.

One of our concerns with our ICO is that we will have approximately 15M$ that will need to be turned into USD and paid out of escrow to contractors, vendors and service providers. We were looking for an idea and/or mechanism whereby this could be affected without affecting the BTC, Ether, etc. markets; i.e. downward pressure on valuations.

In our current thinking, it would look something like this: We surrender the BTC/Ether to an exchange or some other entity at a discount in exchange for an agreement that insures price stability. In other words, the market maker would agree to sell, for example, 1M USD worth of tokens per month over a 12-month period of time.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The short answer is by having the funds managed through the blockchain, this frees up a large block of management time on-site to do precisely as you point out; deal one-on-one, face to face with all contractors, suppliers, etc.

Our intention here is to use the blockchain and token holders to trigger payments to these providers when work has been approved and commissioned. These would be direct wires into the designated accounts of each contractor. Satisfactorily completed work and/or deliverables would be verified through a 512 camera internet enabled system, that any token holder with a web enabled device can observe 7/24 everything coming, going and staying. MOE Farms management certification, and local 3rd party verification made up of former County Judge, current County Commissioner and Empire Builders general contractor. In addition to this, the managing partner and his staff of 5 will be living permanently on the property. We have 3 guest houses already in place that sleep 14, including the ranch manager's house. We are located inKnox County, Texas as well as the property, which is currently under contract.
It is an 8 square mile property with a 500+acre deep water reservoir, bordered by over 10 miles of the Brazos River.

The name of the project is "MOE Farms"


Btw do you realize what you are doing is illegal?

To address you concern, please refer to the JOBS Act, specifically Title 3. The Crowdfund Act limits funding to $50M in each 12 month period to comply with SEC.

Title 3 is unknown to many as it was ratified very recently; May of 2016 and as you might imagine, most attorneys are oblivious.

The following 4 points make this a "non-security":

-Non-pooling of funds.

-tokens represent access to eco-system services

-return is not based solely or mostly on the efforts of others

-tokens are a method to facilitate non-pooling feature and pay for vendor/contractor services; rendered on behalf of token holders, directly.

-At no time will management of MOE Farms have direct access or influence over token funds
