I feel like some sort of legal action can definitely be taken. With all of these guaranteed delivery times and blatant lies.. Definitely about to do some serious research.

I'm not sure I understand your issue.  You are quoting text with issues from other users.  Perhaps you could provide me with some order info?  Smiley

Here is the beginning of our other conversation:

I have yet to receive my funds in my blockchain either..
I submitted a support ticket, but I don't have my different IDs written down.
My email is: sigmachibetakappa@gmail.com
Bitcoin address: 1C4xuad14HVet7N9oUukT3wrTAH1dS8BnM
I made a cash deposit via moneygram acct #: 379949522

I am completely and utterly screwed thanks to these issues. It's urgent that I get that money ASAP.

I just want my bitcoins that were supposed to be "instant". I chose to have them put in my blockchain, but if there is a code you can send me to claim them, or any other way to get them to me where you can just "push them thru to execution" like you did earlier, can you please do so..

My money has been sent, now I need you guys to hold up your end of the deal as promised. I'm stuck in a huge, huge, HUGE rut until this goes through.

I believe I have mentioned that this is an issue on Coinapult's end and we are working on it.  Thanks for your patience.

You did. But I didn't get any reply to the post that basically said this:

"From the FAQ: "Normally, to send Bitcoins you need to send them to a special Bitcoin account address. But with Coinapult, you can launch them to anyone!"
My order, however, was specifically sent directly to my blockchain bitcoin address. How is Coinapult even relevant to this situation? "

And if Coinapault is responsible for dealing with this process, is there not some sort of alternate voucher or code that I can get instead since you already have my money?

Adding any additional steps to your support ticket will only delay the process.  We offer many services which involves many companies in the chain to get you your orders.  Thanks for your patience.

Ayayay...Is there not anything you can give me of substance?

i.e, What is this "issue"? Why is there an issue? How long is this going to take?
I still feel 100% in the dark over something that is EXTREMELY important to me/need taken care of ASAP. My stomach is in knots reading complaints everywhere of people not getting their bitcoins for days or weeks..

24 Hours??? There is nothing on the Bitinstant site that says I would have to wait 24 hours to get my loot. If I would have known that I would have stayed far away from you guys as that is not the timeframe I was looking for. This is a bit much dont you think? Is there not anything that can be done to help me out? This was my first and probably last time using your service if this is the type of turn around time it takes.

There are many reasons an order can fail or be delayed and it's not always the fault of BitInstant.  If you provide me with some order info then I could look up your order and try to help you understand what is happening.  Thanks.

I post all my details above. Here is a link if you can not find it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.msg1922950#msg1922950

Please can you explain what is the issue in my case and how many days longer it should take to process?

I just pushed your order thru to execution.  Sorry for any delays.

If everything is so complex and there are so many issues, how were you able to just push an order thru to be executed.
Can you not just push mine on through? My life is completely on pause until this goes through, it's so crucial..

We offer many options for transactions on our site and they all involved different processes.  I can personally fix some and others must be escalated.  Thanks.

Well my money is in your possession now, can you just not use a different process to get me some sort of code that I can redeem myself or something?? There is absolutely no way it is this difficult unless you guys are offering something you don't have, or hiding something. Just a few days ago I bought a bitcoin gift card and all they had to do was give me a code. The process was almost instant, but they don't offer bitcoins when they don't have them available...

I know there is a way to solve this, and you're welcome to change my transaction accordingly. I'm sorry to unleash everything on you specifically, but it's undeniable that this entire situation is massively flawed.

Hello and good day Ursay. I recently made a deposit via money gram to VouchX voucher. I have received an email from zip zap telling me the order has been successfully paid for but have not received my vouchx code yet. It has been three hours or so. The transaction number is as follows:

Account #398616557 - Order of $503.95

Amount to Pay: $503.95
Account Number: 398616557

Your ZipZap payment has been successfully processed and the merchant has been notified to complete your order. Please keep this email for your records.
Can you please help me get my code please!
Thanks for your help.

Please allow up to 24 hours before logging your issue at bitinstant.com/contact

Thanks for your patience.

I don't have that kind of time is the thing..
The only reason I even used bitinstant was due to the lofty claims you guys spout all over the internet about having bitcoins in minutes. I mean, your name even says INSTANT..

So now I'm just going to be another one of the thousands of complaints I've come across where people haven't received anything in weeks..?

Your order is being held up by Coinapult and they are looking into your issue.  Thanks for your patience.

I don't understand how this would be Coinapult's issue?

As their website states, the purpose of Coinapult is to immediately email or text someone a code so that they can claim their bitcoins without sending them to an address

From the FAQ: "Normally, to send Bitcoins you need to send them to a special Bitcoin account address. But with Coinapult, you can launch them to anyone!"

My order, however, was specifically sent directly to my blockchain bitcoin address. How is Coinapult even relevant to this situation?

Just checked blockchain and it seems my order seems to have gone through finally! Cheesy

Great to hear!  Coinapult is processing issues like yours as we speak!  Smiley

I have yet to receive my funds in my blockchain either..

And maybe the FIRST thing you guys should have done is remove the outlandish claims from your website so you don't ruin someone else's life like you have mine for the time being.

"Within 30-60 minutes, you will be notified via email that your transfer was successful, and the funds will appear in your exchange account "
"Go try it! You can have Bitcoin 30 minutes from now."
