how to set in claymore to start up with windows on restart ?

why now windows and any other av delete file on download ,i cant even extract it

i use same bat info like i use in claymore ...just adapt to it  like remove eth- -pool etc
in software it login get job from nano ,that mean i'm loged

that card is refesh of pascal gpu ,,same gpu just from 16nm to 12 ,and it's 2q 2018 card 
so pointless like invest in 1070 now with 2x more price over 580 and hope that cuda will hold for a bit more
