Looks very promising. Just a minor tip: fix the website for lower resolutions, I can't see the button on 1366*768. Also maybe get a better font, the very thin black letters on the bright white make my eyes hurt, it's a detail, but the first impression is important. Some marketing and more outreach to the community would also be great, regular updates (blog, reddit, twitter) make the project look alive. Can someone please explain this to me? I promise to buy as much COSS as I can, it seems to have a lot of potential, as long as someone dispels my concern.

I have a question - on the homepage (coss.io), when you hover over "Payment gateway", "Exchange" or "Pre-paid cards", it mentions a cryptocurrency called VEROS among the biggest ones like BTC and ETH. Why advertise a dead coin with 30k marketcap? Are they somehow associated with it? Why would you mention a literal scam so many times on the very home page?

Encrypt the wallet first. After it closes open it again, go to settings→unlock wallet. Unlock it with the passphrase you used for the encryption. Staking should activate automatically (you can check by hovering your mouse cursor over the arrow icon in the bottom right corner. It should also turn green when staking activates).

I would like to apologise for the erratic way I phrased my last posts, as I lost access to my funds I panicked and wrote that in a fit of anxiety.

Turns out the issue was with my computer, after reading through some advice on the Internet, I found out I had to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ packages, now I no longer get the error message. Just wanted to clarify it wasn't an issue with Blocknet itself, for any potential investors reading through this.

I managed to succesfully dump the wallet and import it to the new one. It's not synced so far, so I don't see the deposits yet, but I presume there won't be a problem as everything is going smoothly right now.

This is what the blocknetdx says when I try to use the old wallet.dat file.

When I tried to dump the wallet into the txt file as instructed for the migration, it gave me this error and no file was created. Now whenever I run the old blocknet-qt it immediately crashes. Even when I delete the appdata folder. When I try to use the wallet.dat on the new wallet it says the file is corrupted and not salvageable. ARE MY BLOCKS GONE FOREVER? HOW CAN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN JUST BECAUSE I USED THE DEBUG CONSOLE???

Hi there, first of all, I think this is a very promising project. I'm currently mining Solaris and also bought some on Cryptopia. I have a few questions, though.

When I first downloaded the Windows wallet, it didn't start synchronizing automatically and said there were "0 active connections". I solved it by creating the .conf file, but why is it happening in the first place? It makes the coin look a bit unprofessional and could be a turnoff for more casual users.

I'd also like to recommend creating a subreddit and perhaps get on some other social media, a sense of community around the coin will increase it's worth in the eyes of a potential investor researching the coin.

Other than that I'd like to thank the developer for staying very active and I hope he'll continue to do the great job he's doing.
