As the title suggests I am in need of some more coins. The problem is I can ONLY do paypal right now. I won't scam you out of your money, no one has time for that. I am just wanting to see right now asking prices for what coin and how much. Please don't respond only to bash me or paypal, it is the only way I can send money right now. Thanks.

Guess I been on this forum a few days. Hello everyone, hoping to learn a lot from you guys and get into this mining/trading thing. Looks like something I would like to be a part of if it crashes or flies. Hoping I can get off this newbie thing soon and start talking to some of you smarter guys. We shall see. Aight bye.

6  Other / Beginners & Help / GUIMiner, GUIMiner Script, CG Miner Won't open. on: April 24, 2013, 10:17:31 PM
So I got my cool 7970 in today. Already having problems with it such as artifacts in firefox and cool stuff. Honestly I was ready to throw this $450 dollar POS out the window as soon as that happened.

Anyway now NONE of my miners open, I just don't understand. Both GUI Miners for bit and lite open in my notification area then disappear. Then never show up on the task bar. If I open the task manager I can see it open and close in the background apps. As soon as I open CG miner it closes.

I am using windows 8 and I never have ANY problems with my 6850 setup. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be causing the miners to not open?

You guys are scaring me...I just ordered the 7970 Gigabyte edition and it  comes hopefully tomorrow. I only ordered the darn thing cause it said it got 769K Sad

Why is that scary?

Cause some of your numbers are really off. 650 isn't acceptable for a $450 dollar card. You can spend almost 200 less on a 7950 and get 650. I am guessing it is just a wrong setting. Even my nasty old 6850 is pulling 260 and its only reported for a little over 200.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What feathercoin pool are you guys using? on: April 23, 2013, 08:34:50 PM
You could always use http://p2pool.org

It's my P2Pool node that I am trying to get working with as many crypto-coins as possible.

Check it out.

Is this a better way to go than using the pools?

It pretty much is a pool.

You could of course setup your own p2pool node for FeatherCoin.

If you don't have a lot of linux experience, I would recommend the pool.

Sounds good, I got it running right now. See what it does in a few hours. Thanks.

Figure I will hop on and start this before its to late. I have been using the feathercoin is a geek one but there are some problems. Hash rates are all over the place and over 24 hours of mining @300k net a whopping 61 coins for me.

Anyone know of better ones out there?
