I'am getting 176MH/s for 6 cards (about 29mh/s per card)

My power consumption is 1000 watt at the wall. What is your power consumption? Is 1000watt too much? Any ideas how I can improve?

My MH/s increased 6,5% with the new RX OS dagfix.

Im using 6 rx470 4gb eloisa memory (mining edition model 11256-21-21g) and get 28,3Mh/s per card (total rig 170mh/s)

I Dualmine ETH and DCR with claymore 10, I really like SMOS, however I still on windows due to the power consumption (1300w on SMOS x 1050w on windows).

@Branko I've got a new modded bios and now I`m getting the following results with 5x Sapphire Rx470 4gb elpida (11256-21-21g):

27,1MH/s per card
power consumption (on the wall) 850w (5cards)

core: 1200MHz
Mem: 2080

It`s very stable, but I thin i could improve hash rates and reduce power consumption, however, i have no idea how to do it...

I have this problem too. Is not the card, I tested all of them individually and they worked, they just don`t work the 6 together. I use simple mining OS, so I think the problem is on the mobo bios. I saw a lot of youtube videos and have tried to change some setting on the mono bios but did not had success. I read somewhere that i should set "enable 4g encoding" but my mobo bios don't have this option. Is a Gigabyte z270x-desingare. Any suggestions?

I am using Simplemining and claymore 9.8.

I used ATIFlash and GPUz, copied straps from 1500 to above and kept TDP(W) in 85.

On simplemining, I m using core MHz 1100, memory MHz 1850, power stage 3 but cannot get more than 24MH/S per card

My power consumption for 5 cards is 780W.

Can you help me to increase haste and decrease power consumption?

I discovered the mining world of cryptocurrency 3 month ago and became a big fan.

I have made some researches on forums and youtube, and decided to build my first rig. I leave in Brazil, is difficult to find some hadwares over here so i bought the equipment that were available:

motherboard: gigabyte z270-designare with 6 PCIE
GPU: 6 Rx 470 sapphire 4gb with elpida memory (model 11256-21-21G, with no v bios switch, the one with dvi port, supposedly developed for mining purpose)
RAM: 8gb ddr4 ram
PROCESSOR: Intel Celeron G3930 Kaby Lake, Cache 2MB, 2.9GHz
PSU: 2x 750w evga gold plugged together
SSD 120 gb

After that I installed some softwares and drivers, see the list below:
- Windows 10 64bit
- amd driver 16.9.2 and 17.5.1 for rx series (which I merger together and installed in the cards using this procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTusQ0omj8M)
- Simplemining OS on a bootable usb device
- ATIflash
- polaris bios editor (normal version i think)

I modified the GPU's bios, copying 1500 to 1625, 1750 and 2000 and kept TDP(W) on 85 and flashed then correctly to the cards.

On simplemining, I setup the following:
Core MHz:1050
Memory MHz: 2000
Powerstage: 2
Target Temperature ℃: 55
Minimum Fan speed %:60

I am using claymore-eth-v9.8 with the following command line (were i tried to change bolting settings but did saw any diference on power consumption:
-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal $walletETH/$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport -3333 -asm 1 -powlim 25,25,25,25,25 -mvddc 850 -cvddc 820

I have 2 issues:
1) my rig don't work with 6 gpus. It only boot with up to 5 gpus (all cards and risers work perfectly, they just don't work all 6 together). when i connect the 6th card, to rig don't reach the motherboard screen, it keeps rebooting all the time.
2) power consumption for the 5 rx470 4gb is 790watt, and hash rate about 24,7Mh/s

Questions:
How can I have my 6 cards running instead of 5 using simplemining?
How can I increase mu rx470 4gb hash rate using simplemining?
How can I reduce my rig power combustion using simple mining?
