Hi Terk,

My balance has been above the threshold for several days now. Where's my payment?  In the meantime I've stopped mining until I receive my BTC payout.

Thanks.

My queue number when I submitted ID was about 1200 or so. It only took 3 days to get verified though. I hope Mt Gox has upped their processing staff since then!

Hello all.
I've been interested in BTC for the last year or so but only bought into it (coins + mining rig) a couple of months ago. Still learning but aren't we all.

I'm a professional film editor of 13 years and would like to offer my services to the bitcoin community. I work mainly on high-end tv commercials, but have cut plenty of longform drama, music videos and documentaries.

Is your production shooting or post-producing internationally? Could you do without all the cross-border red tape and bureaucracy? Maybe your available local editors just suck.
I'm interested in how bitcoin can work for the international film and advertising industries.

Please get in touch about your next film project.

Useful thread. I only wish I'd jumped on Cosbycoin earlier, it sounds like the currency of the future for sure  Tongue

I already spent weeks reading these forums before I even signed up for an account, but I'm sure I can find another 4hrs worth of reading material. Useful site!

Well my vote is for Litecoin definitely. It's more profitable mining than bitcoin (just exchange them for BTC as you mine if you don't have longer term ambitions with LTC).

With any luck you won't need much tweaking of settings to hit your stride. I'm new to this too but it didn't take long to get 650kH/s off each of my 2 x 7950 cards. Using GUIminer definitely helps with some of the initially overwhelming tech settings.
