Hello guys, i've read something about ICO and similar stuff, and I have a question:
Are there non-blockchain based startups offering shares as Tokens?
To be more clear here is an example:
I value my startup 200.000$ and I decide to give away 25% of my shares, so I create 200000 STARTUPTOKENS and I sell 50000 of them at 1$ each.
At the end of the year I send a proportional part of the startups earning in bitcoin to shareholders.
If yes:
Does a website/Service that allows me to do this in an easy way exists? (Maybe waves?)
How a shareholder can be sure I will give him his part of earnings?
If no:
Why? What are possible issues about this?

Yes, there are some Startup ICOs that make this promise. But no, there doesn't seem to be a way to verify an accurate dividend payment, if you are relying on them to honestly report their profits. Nonetheless, some of them seem to be successful in their crowdraises. Are there non-blockchain based startups offering shares as Tokens?
