2. I first emailed contact@iotatoken.com on 21 Aug 2016, then again on 10 Jun 2017, and on 29 Jun 2017, this time also to david@iota.org. I never got a response. The full text of my last email, quoting my previous emails:

Will my claim be processed soon or do you need more information from me? Trying to use the claim process in the light client gives me empty seed errors. Do I need to create new addresses with the latest version and send them to you?
