Better to ask original seed again. Relying on email sender address not good, easy to fake.

I have genesis account LRDDFGQBQAXLMWMRFXNRVKEHKHH9ORDNSHIKOZCXICPQVNVYFRGYURYTEKHOIIHRJTIJVDVTPBPPZKC DV.

I do see in list of manual claims included in last snapshot the address that I sent to David in 2016: FIEE9MMWGAHWFMGVOLQOSIEMIWEEXUMWZJ9ERQB9AUFFSUTJSATLQXO9BCSFQLVLAXAPEVEEBUCVUFL QX.

However, I can't access this address now because 2.3.0 uses a different address generation method. When I log in, my balance is 0. The tool to reclaim within the wallet is gone. Am I facing another manual claim process? I did verify that I have saved my new seed correctly and can still generate the FIEE9M... address using an older version.

Below is my one-way communication with contact@iotatoken.com, last one also sent to david@iota.org on June 29.

Code:
Hi,

My balance is still zero. The address I get using 2.3.0 is:

DMUKAHAITVNQIPVDSEUGXWHRALAPJOMSANLPRRKWHRKKCLNW9NA9PXIUFFXBDDWONDQNRGBLUYPHEYBSPFIEE9MMWG

How can I get access to my IOTA? Is there an updated claim procedure?
