I don't know much about that wallet. If you can get your BCH private key from the wallet, then you can import that private key into a bitcoin wallet to regain access to the bitcoins. If the website does not provide you a way to get the BCH private key, then you'll need to contact their support. They should then have access to the BCH private key, and (if they are willing to help you) they should be able to access the BTC and send them back to you.
Thank you, DannyHamilton. I really ought to have researched before finalising them, but just went with the flow because I just wanted to claim the BCH and be done with it. Saw their service mentioned on the BitcoinCash website and proceeded. Their web interface is very, very simple and only allows import, no export. I have written to their support, no response yet. This has turned out to be a nightmare.

I am in a daze as reality sinks in. --- Was reading how I could reclaim BCH from the BTC that I had stored (I was totally oblivious to the fact that my own wallet Exodus had already come up with that feature). Created a temporary online BCH wallet at bcc-wallet.btc.com. Then, over the course of transactions, ended up sending almost half BTC to a BCH address. Now, I have been able to nail the transaction on the blockchain. It can be seen here - https://blockchain.info/address/3M77pitqpU1DX87hMNNM7DPcehVXQ5Q5UfThe outbound transaction that happened from my wallet earlier is - https://blockchain.info/tx/2379fef2758e522a749c3c6d5632bbf7d59b7d96d0f15ba127400e72c404ff14Is there anyway I can recover this? BCH wallet is all online and I don't see ways of getting my private key. Do I keep pinging their support team? I... I really don't know what to do.

Hi, All!
Who known Bounty for Facebook 20 ATB will come automatically or manually? I means after I will "Like" ATB page.
You should have invested 1000atb first. And then proceed to review. It would take time, but you could get in touch with support (else, they'll reply to you here). Hi))) Not 1000 ATB, kartnite, only 100 ATB )) Oh god, I think I like zeroes too much ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) #sorry!

Thank you for clarifying both counts.
Just received atb in the web dashboard. Happy to be part of the family!
Carried out test transaction between wallets (and even sent some to self out of amusement, after generating a new address, ha ha) - works snappy!!

I have a MacBook Pro and I notice the wallet consumes a lot of resources.
Is this normal?

1) That's fine, I get that, but then - in your calculation, how much will 1LTC yield? By your calculation, it should be 47.39/1.44. Would that be correct?
Yes, you are totally right. 2) Ok, any way to reach your dev? Thought I'd understand where you get your rates from; basis that I will finalise how much to invest
Sorry but I can't clarify it right now, I ll ask it asap. Thank you. Look forward to hearing about it and taking the Atb dive!

20% - discount on real price for example, 1 ATB coin = 1,8 USD 20% discount means 1,8 USD х 0,8 = 1,44 USD for 1 ATB. Also: where do you check rates? I see LTC is at hovering in the late 43s or early 44s!

1) Thank you for waiting. Yes everything is ok, now 1 LTC ≈ 43,79$ and 1 ATB=1,8$ 47,39/1,8 ≈ 24,32. Maybe it was a delay between token market and our website. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) 2) We are trying to deliver it in the best traditions ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Understood... And the bonus is on top of that. As in 24.32+20%. Approx 29. Also: where do you check rates? I see LTC is at hovering in the late 43s or early 44s!

I ll clarify this question for you a little bit later. Ok? When the official version will be announced , You will be able to withdraw coins from web version to desktop and backwards ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) 1) Thank you very much. I will wait to hear from you. And then proceed with the purchase. I might either use BTC or LTC, leaning towards the latter and hence the questions. Please clarify soon. 2) Splendid. Looking forward to it!!

No problem, kartnite. You can find actual information at our website![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.prntscr.com%2Fimage%2FeFClPe9YSzW5aW8bSk50VA.png&t=663&c=Eyfu0YPvJ0kkqQ) Yes, 1 LTC = 24.45 ATB now Understood, thank you; I'd actually meant to ask how the sudden dip from 31 to 24 in about four days. Also - how do I withdraw coins from the web (which I'll get when I trade BTC/LTC) to that wallet I've downloaded?
|
|
|
Thank you too, kartnite No, we have no anything specific, you can do absolutely what you want ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Sorry for inconsistency, yes we were meant a discount. Ha ha ha, don't want anything mate. Happy to test it with a friend when he downloads the wallet too. Will have an eye out for power consumption, et al. Hope to see an mining option soon. Thank you for clarifying. Lastly, just to double check, could you confirm that the crypto exchange rate has indeed changed? Because, like I said, it was around 31atb per LTC. Now it is around 24.

Hi,kartnite. You will get your test coins soon.
Thank you so much - received. Anything specific you'd like me to check? You are welcome,Kartnite. I ll pass your request about e-mail support. You can ask your questions in Slack or use support chat at our Website. 20% bonus is a discount for buying ATB Coin, for example, the price of 1 ATB is 1.8 USD now, you can purchase 1 ATB with 20% discount for 1.44 USD. Not too keen on Slack and, sorry to say, your web chat service is just as terrible. Tried it few days back. Also, you seem to use the terms bonus and discount interchangeably. The email/newsletter I received said 20% bonus. So, you actually meant discount? And secondly, I notice there is a difference in price lately? For instance, hardly four days ago, 1 LTC would yield approx 30 or 31 atbcoins. Now, it is 24.76.

@ATB coin: Thank you for clarifying. Yes, noted that space on the screenshot.
You really need to improve your email support, though. Leaves a lot to be desired. I don't use Telegram and WhatsApp, and don't intend to either.
Also: the 20% bonus that is ongoing now, will the extra coins be credited immediately? And I assume this bonus is for everyone - irrespective of whether or not they are first-time atb coin investors?

@ATB coin: Just downloaded the beta version of the wallet. Happy to test, if you'd like.
You could send some over to this address: Acb3BxEcHBnst3iSMc6skpDX1XRiU7JHpX
PS: does the address change every time I click "request payment" in the wallet?

Yep - unable to close this account (or edit registered email). Changed the password; just in case.
Happened to see their "Representatives" section. No way am I taking any chances. Silly, silly me to have taken the registration bait in the first place - but good thing I did feel suspicious after noticing the content and the lack of KYC, etc.
Thank you again, everyone.

I have been using CEX.io for over a month now.
My verification (at all levels) was super smooth - done and dusted in a matter of minutes. No trouble depositing fiat currencies [I used an international credit card to deposit USD/EUR/GBP] or cryptocurrency, and none while withdrawing BTC/ETH into my personal Wallet [I use Exodus] either.
I am yet to attempt withdrawing cash back to my bank or card, though.
That said, their email support can be a pain. Take an eternity to reply and, sometimes, don't bother! Their Twitter account, however, has replied to my tweets promptly.
All in all, seems fine - serves my purpose. I needed an exchange that allowed funds deposit via credit/debit - unlike Kraken, Poloniex, BitFinex, etc.

Tried signing up for fun - looking at the poor, poor editing and spelling mistakes in the content, I think I will leave it at that.
They even ask for your BTC wallet address up front which is... strange... And there doesn't seem to be any KYC requisite either - yet they claim to be a UK-based company. Think this is "shady" enough.

Stumbled on this website earlier today: https://trady.io/ Apparently, they offer: "A Unique Investment Service, Powered by Data.
Giving you a precise understanding of portfolio risk.
Keeping your risk stable, in all market conditions.
Limiting your exposure to high-risk periods that deliver poor returns." The claim, basically, is that one earns interest every hour on the BTC they invest. I was unable to find info elsewhere - hence thought of asking here on the forum. Has anyone heard of them?
