Hello po, we understand your concern on the spread. When the price fluctuates, the spread tend to grow like this in order to maintain supply. In any case, we try to maintain a steady spread percentage. For more information regarding our prices, I would suggest that you read our blogpost that specifically outlines how the buy+sell prices for BTC are determined.

You can read that here: https://coins.ph/blog/may-bitcoin-recap-price-surge-creates-increased/.

Hope this helps!

For the full list, you can refer here: https://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/articles/203819178-Which-documents-are-accepted-for-the-address-verification-process-

Hi everyone!

I am Niquie, a representative of Coins.ph, ready to help you with your concerns/inquiries/feedbacks regarding Coins and our services. This is going to be the official thread from now on. Some of you might have noticed that I changed my username from NiquieA to Niquie@Coins. NiquieA will no longer be available.

Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you all. Smiley

Happy to clarify this! The transfer fees are based on the charges set by the miners to write transactions to the blockchain. You can refer here: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. Minomonitor po namin ito and update them regularly in order for our transactions to remain competitive. We do not earn from the fees. In fact, Coins will likely continue to pay out-of-pocket for many of our outbound Bitcoin transactions. You can read more about transfer fees here: https://coins.ph/blog/bitcoin-processing-fees-what-are-they/

6  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: December 05, 2017, 06:02:48 AM

Hello all, maraming salamat sa suggestion ninyo -- mahalaga po ito sa amin Smiley We'll definitely look into this.

Thank you po!

Pwede niyo rin i-try kumuha ng nbi clearance, postal ID o student permit for your ID and selfie verification.

For a full list of acceptable IDs, you can refer here: https://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/articles/201305174-Which-IDs-are-accepted-for-the-ID-verification-process-

Hello all, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Know that the security of your funds is one of our top concerns. Kung may irereport po kayong fraudulent activity, please send us a message at help@coins.ph and provide all necessary details to help in our investigation.

There are times that accounts are limited or deactivated kung may concern na may nilabag sila sa aming User Agreement (https://coins.ph/user-agreement). In these cases, our team guides the user through the process of reactivation or claiming of their funds, whichever is applicable.

Hope this clarifies your concern!

Hello! Yung transfer fees po natin kapag nagsesend ng pera sa isang external wallet ay base sa current market rates being charged by miners to write transactions to the blockchain. You can refer here: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. To learn more about transfer fees, you can read our blog post here: https://coins.ph/blog/bitcoin-processing-fees-what-are-they/amp/

Punta lamang po kayo sa official facebook page namin (fb.com/coinsph) at magchat with our Coins Bot. For security reasons, malolog out po sila after one week. Then you can use your internet/data po ulit to log in.

You can check our article to know more about buying load on FB Messenger: https://coins.ph/blog/buy-load-on-facebook-messenger-coinsph/

Hope this helps! Cheesy

Nagrereply po sila both chat about support and emails.

Hi po! Pem here from Coins.ph.

But, we're happy that you've shared this with us!

Here's a list of acceptable documents for address verification: http://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/articles/203819178-Which-documents-are-accepted-for-the-address-verification-process-

Kindly note that we can only process documents under your name and issued within six months.

Hope this helps!

Hello Bes19,

We're very sorry to hear about the experience of your friend. It seems na nagkaroon ng issue with the ATM or baka wala po itong enough funds kaya walang pera na lumabas from the machine. Since ang Security Bank ang nagfafacilitate ng cash out option na ito, we would need to confirm with them kung ano ang final status ng transaction ninyo before we can take any further action. We also recommend filing a complaint form at the branch where you tried cashing out.

Salamat din po sa feedback ninyo! We'll try our best to respond here as fast & frequently as we can. For account and transaction related concerns, we recommend reaching out directly to our email support (help@coins.ph) or through in-app support for better assistance.

Hello everyone!

It's Pem from coins.ph. Just want to update you. Nag-release na po kami ng statement about the upcoming update to the bitcoin protocol, Segwit2x.
Read the full blog post here: https://coins.ph/blog/upcoming-bitcoin-network-fork-english/

Highlights:

1. This new change may potentially result in two chains.
2. Our team will be diligent in determining the most viable chain, and believes that one of the two chains will emerge as the dominant chain post-fork (based primarily on market price and secondarily on industry support and hashpower). The strongest one will be labeled as BTC.
3. For the minority chain, our team will monitor its adoption and determine to either: (1) support the new coin on our platform or (2) have our customers claim their funds to a third party wallet provider.
4. You will have an opportunity to receive your corresponding minority coins in either scenario.
5. In order to protect funds against replay attacks during the time of the hardfork Coins.ph may need to take appropriate action.

If you have any questions, feel free to message us! Smiley

Hello! At the moment, wala pa po kaming plans on adding more another cryptocurrency.

Hi! Minomonitor pa namin ang situation ngayon dahil wala pang wide support for Bitcoin Gold yet. Once there is, we'll announce how you can redeem your funds and send it to your provided bitcoin gold wallet address.

We are reaching out to you to let you know about a new feature that we are introducing to improve our services for our users.

This feature would enable us to accommodate security-sensitive requests such as resetting two-factor authentication, assisting with wallet configurations, changing your linked email address and other accounts.

Although most of our account validation procedures are automated, there are times when our customers would request for sensitive changes to their account. When we receive these requests, we may not always have enough information to verify you and to authorize the requested changes.

To enable this, we just need to schedule a 5-minute video call with you (Skype, Google, Viber, etc.) that our customer support will refer to should you require assistance from Coins.ph. We will securely store information you provide and retrieve it for identification confirmation should you ever reach out to us for assistance.

Schedule your call

Click on the link above to schedule an appointment. We strongly recommend that you schedule with us at the soonest possible time.

Hi coins, I got the email above. I don't have any security-sensitive requests for now, I will not be needing to reset two-factor or assisting with wallet configurations except maybe request new deposit addresses after every transaction.

I notice that my wallet addresses do not change. Ever. Even after sending more than once to the address. There should be a button or link that allows you to change an address after it has been used and has confirmations or blocks behind it, or that should be automatic.

I don't need to reach out for that kind of assistance.

anyone have an idea on what exactly the information they need to request for a video call? didn't they get an ID with picture and a picture of you holding that ID?....now they want to see my what?...a recorded video/audio of us maybe..they should tell us what they really want to achieve with that video call.

I agree with the wallet address change button.. Its getting uncomfortable with the amount of bitcoins that passed in my BTC address there since 2014, specially now that BTC ~6000$

I'm also wondering about what they want and really why.  First it was to improve service and security - then it changed to a KYC requirement.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1558587.msg23160057#msg23160057

Whenever I hear an exchange or business platform threatening to limit access to funds - for whatever reason.  Alarm bells start ringing.

Heres why:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJdYRgH0IpE

I really don't mind doing the video verification thing - but when the Coins.ph team don't even show up at the time I booked its not acceptable.

Has anybody actually done one of these interviews?  If you have - can you please explain how the interview is structured and content.  Coins.ph it might also be a good idea to publish a program or agenda for the interviews so that people know whats going on and they can plan.  Thats usually how professional folk run a meeting.

I don't like wasting time and it does not paint a professional picture of the "Team"

I'm still waiting 3 days for Johanna to get back with a new time for the video call their team missed.  Miguel has never replied to my last mssg over 3 days ago.  They have read my messages but now not replying.  If you have not watched the video above - check it out.  Silence is a BAD thing.

Thea Santos - please pay attention to this thread.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/theabsantos/

Cheers - usukan

To the credit of Coins.ph  all my issues have now been resolved.  Sorry Coins.ph if I may have come down a bit harsh.

I finally managed to connect with them for the video interview and everything was totally professional.

I think the main issue here for them is they need to better understand how you are using your Coins.ph account for KYC and AML reasons.  Thats all totally fine and you should expect and welcome that scrutiny.

Thanks Coins.ph - please continue your great service.

Cheers - usukan

Hi guys,

This is Pem from Coins.ph! We really appreciate all the feedback you've raised here regarding our verification process. All these are brought up to our team. We'll improve our process and communication to make this a smoother experience for you.

Ask ko lng...
If naverify ung lvl 3 using business pwrmit etc.
Mgkano po b ang limit nun daily momthly and annually.
Di ko ksi maview as of now.
Tnx.
Paanong hindi mo makita? Makikita mo yan sa mobile application ng coins.ph click mo lang yung "Limits and verifications" tapos scroll down mo sa pinaka baba makikita mo dun lahat ng limits ng level 1 to 3, pag level 3 verified sa coins.ph 400k pesos ang limit ng pwedeng iwithdraw at ideposit per day, sa monthly and annually naman walang nakasulat dun dahil walang limit pareho.
]

Sakin kasi bro level4 verification ko sa coins.ph bale meron ako cash in at cash out limit na 400k daily at wala nakalagay sa annual so i guess no limit.

So special pala ako.

Hello, sorry to be causing confusion. We only have 3 levels of verification. Kindly update your app. Our product team has fixed the issue in the latest version Smiley Thank you!
