But I don't think it is a driver issue. If it was the gpus should be listed on the device manager but with an error msg right?

I’m struggling to get my rig working with 8 gpus using M.2 adapters.
Has anyone got a setup like this working with the motherboard MSI Z270 SLI Plus?

Setup:

MB: MSI Z270 SLI Plus
CPU: Celeron
Mem: 4g HyperX

PSU:

Seasonic X-1250
Corsair RM1000X
Disk: SSD Kingston
GPUS:
2x Sapphire RX580 8GB
2x Asus Strix RX570 4GB
2x MSI Armor RX570 4GB
1x MSI Gaming X RX570 4GB
1x Sapphire RX 480
6x PCI Risers
2x M2 Adapters to PCI

----BIOS Settings-----
PEG0 : Tried Gen1 or Gen2
PEG1 : Tried Gen1 or Gen2
4G Enable
Disable almost everything except the USBs since I don’t have a ps2 keyboard.

The scenarios are:
1st - Works with 6 cards connected do PCI-E lanes.
2st - Works with 4 cards on PCI-E and 2 on M.2
3st - Don’t work when 7th card is connected. Only displays one card on device manager.

Please let me know if anyone need more details!

Im having a bad time with this Motherboard as well.
Here is muito scenario:
- Works great with 6 AMD gpu (570/580)
- Settings are gen2 enable and 4g encoding enable.
- When I plug the m.2 adapter if the other six are plugged, ir only recognizes one random gpu.
- If I only plug the GPUs on the m.2 spots, everything works fine.

Setup:
MB: MSI Z270 Sli Plus
CPu: Celeron shitty one xD
Mem: 4gb hyperx
Psu: 1 seasonic x_1250w, 1 Corsair Rm1000w
GPU: 2 MSI armor 570 4gb, 2 sapphire 580 8gb, 2 sapphire Strix 570 4gb, 1 MSI gaming 570 4gb, 1 sapphire 480 4gb

Im almost selling this board.. Now when I got into Flasher utility to upgrade the BIOS I get black screen (no GPUs connecting)
Please need advice!
