I don't know if you actually have the whole report but there is a big margin of error on those dates.

Looks like the whales are starting to make their play on EtherDelta with 100K PLR buy orders.
One order at 0.00029 and instantly more people buying at higher prices.. Also someone instantly selling 96k to that guy..

There were over 10 people with 1 to 4+ million coins during Pre-Sale or so already, when this launches on a big exchange the whales are bound to make some moves to increase their investment.

Why even? Just whales making a move?
There is nothing really new about Veri announced right around now?
It was fluctuating between 0.55 and 0.65 all the time and now this?

One thing I know is that I won't be buying right now or it'll crash in 5 minutes, that's just my luck.

We Changed Our Collective Mind
Well, David changed his mind - about blocking Americans from the web site. Americans can now see the regular site, read the terms of service, and purchase tokens on the Purchase page. Go try it!

Pre-ICO investors are unable to sell tokens at the moment, the contract needs to be merged first.
I mailed Tomer Sofinzon for that earlier.

The pre-ICO tokens have first to be merged into the main contract after the ICO is over.

Which makes sense because the PLR-ETH one on EtherDelta is for the ICO contract, not for the PRE-ICO one.

You can see your PRE-ICO PLR already via MyEtherWallet, add a custom token:

How dumb are those people selling of their PLR on EtherDelta below ICO price? 
Do they just need ETH quickly for some other reason or what..

Because there is no value in these tokens, only what TenX gave it and what people think it is valued at.
Probably most of the people are not in this ICO for the project, they are in it to make a quick buck.
All they have seen is a token that has mostly only dropped in price and are quickly selling of their last tokens to atleast not get a loss from it.

This will keep happening till the actual investors (people who are in it for what TenX' Pay is) or the people who just want to make money in a medium to long period will start buying more than what is being sold.
This will probably be the beginning of the next peak. The big question of course is when this will be. The order book isn't very promising for now with more than double the amount of people that still want to sell.
Too many people see these ICO's and tokens as normal stock trading because they are only in it for the cash.

It wouldnt surprise me if this token goes to 0,65-0,8 USD before it gets new momentum.

Whether TenX is selling too or not is a whole other question that only makes this worse.

Aren't the pillar tokens sent to your MyEtherWallet wallet?
Shortly after everyone gets their Pillar tokens (after the ICO) there will be one or more exchanges opened up for Pillar tokens. People can then send their Pillar tokens to these Exchanges and put up sell orders.
Others can then buy these pillar tokens with their Ethereum or whatever it'll be traded for.
