But the problem doesn't come from Cryptopia, I mean, it's a problem at the level of the blockchain, isn't it ?
Will I ever see my coins coming back after some checks will be done ?

Lose my coins when I sent them to Cryptopia  :
Transactions marked as "Conflicted"
A solution for that ?
