Dear RKC holders,

Since it's about time, we are making a pre-announcement of the first RKC buy-and-burn.

$6067.65 was the amount to be split between buy-and-burn ($3033.83) and re-investment for February 2018 ($3033.83), according to the plan.

Since Cryptopia has the biggest RKC volume, and thus, biggest impact, we bought RKC there:

We have decided to publish this pre-announcement and wait for Cryptopia to unlock the wallets to proceed with the burning part, because we don't know when they will finish the procedures. As soon as it's done, we will send another announcement.

Currently we are looking for ways to improve the processes and make them more efficient. Hiring the replacements for the positions opened in the company will help in part to achieving that. Thank you for understanding.

Statement About Premiums

Creating a coin with automatic premium sharing was an innovative experiment. RKC smart contract was designed in such a way as to provide a mechanism to distribute any designated payment amount in RKC among RKC owners, without any action from them.

However, we have come to a conclusion it would be much more beneficial for all sides to instead burn the premiums, rather than splitting them.

Economically, it should have the same outcome for RKC owners. But on top of it, this will drastically simplify the mechanism, you wouldn’t have to worry anymore about the location of your coins, and finally, we want to distinguish between RKC model and the way traditional dividends work even more to minimize legal risk.

The premiums will be sent to a provable burn address and locked there forever, thus decreasing the supply every time: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000.

The first time this is planned to happen is right on schedule, January 31/February 1. No action from your side is required. Stay tuned for the updates.

As you might know from the previous announcements, Dubai Business International, private investment firm, has acquired Royal Kingdom Enterprise. In 3 months period, we are planning to restructure the company to make it more efficient and profitable. While we have our own internal plans about restructuring, here is our current planned schedule regarding the company products:

January 15. Statement regarding premiums will be issued, contains clarifications about how it will be performed;
January 19–February 2. VentureKingdom platform will undergo maintenance aimed at improving the system and adding necessary features to be aligned with the company strategy;
February 10. Launch of the central website combining all the information scattered across multiple company websites;
February 25. Beta launch of the mobile wallet, supporting RKC, ETH and custom ERC20 tokens;
March 10. Launch of the desktop wallet, supporting RKC, ETH and custom ERC20 tokens.

At that point, we will have more understanding about how to bring the company to the next level. In the background, we are seeking to work out more deals with other companies to make RKE more profitable.

The schedule reflects our current awareness of the situation and our best intentions to hit these milestones; however, it is open to changes and additions.

We are freezing Pantera Exchange development until we have a clear strategy and understanding about its role; Palmex Exchange will continue running normally.

We've been receiving many messages asking about the status of Royal Kingdom Coin (RKC) project. Royal Kingdom Enterprise has been acquired along with all its projects, including RKC. We might need to introduce some changes (improvements), but we have no intention to abandon it. We will stay true to its main purpose of "allowing others to participate in the company's success, and, consequently, benefit from it", and we will continue to support the RKC ecosystem to the best of our ability. Our ICO is already over. If we were a scam, we could just run with the ICO money, wouldn't we? No reason to continue operations and working on projects, easy exit.

It's not fleshed out yet. That's exactly why we said we'd start in 2018: to have some time to organize everything after the ICO. Some people (including early investors) decided to buy in the ICO phase, some decide to buy more right now (we can't just forbid people from trading it), but the main activity is planned to start in January, when it will be much more clear regarding the expectations. Why would we do it? Usually when people have technical troubles, they contact support and we always solve their problems. He did too, but instead of discussing it calmly he lashed out on our support staff in his usual style, the way you see him behave here, so we just blocked his account, especially because all his transactions are settled.

Pretty sure none of us would do that. But the explanation is simple - when you write on 4chan "I do not let myself be threatened in such a way", other trolls find it funny and their first inclination is to troll you back with this.

That's exactly how it went.



We have full rights to sue a person that is spreading unsubstantiated claims which are causing monetary damage to our investors. They all would back us in this decision. And we would easily win since we run a legitimate business and it's very easy to prove the allegations are all fake.

P.S. The ironic thing is that despite your personal grudge against Serge, it wasn't even him who restricted you. It was another volunteer administrator who has noticed your spammy activities and banning of people left and right. But we're very glad we found out your intentions long before our start in 2018.

So let us get this straight. You were happy to participate in what you were sure is a scam with no team, spam other Telegram groups (even though we specifically prohibited spamming any groups, on many occasions), banning people just for asking questions because you didn't know the answers and didn't want your coins to lose any value, and do other shady stuff we never asked you to. But as soon as we found out about this and removed you as a moderator, you sold your stake, turned to the dark side and started to spam the internet with accusations of us being scammers. How convenient. That's all anybody needs to know about your persona and your interest in this.

As about the accusations themselves, they are so simple to counter that even a newbie in our group can do that, and you know that too. But you just compiled the list of questions that look difficult to external people, sprinkled some fake screenshots on top of it, and try to confuse people with this. However, we won't help you to polish your next "article". Good luck posting it.
