Can someone please explain how term deposits work? The example on the website says a 12 month term-deposit would yield 593.8% giving 1,331 coins from a 1,000 coin deposit. It seems to me that even a 100% term-deposit yield would give 2,000 coins after 12 months but there must be something fundamental that I don't understand on how this is calculated and I can't see a detail explanation on the website.
I think that particular example on the website is for a 3 month deposit. "In other words, if you had 1000 coins term-deposited in your wallet - 3 months later you would have approximately 1,331 coins. Term-depositing is a way for you to get even more return on your investment." For a 12 month deposit you would receive an additional 5,938 coins at 593.8%. When you make a deposit the wallet will tell you how much you can expect at the end of your term before you confirm the deposit. Once you deposit, you'll also be able to see your deposits and returns in the overview section of your wallet. I've deposited my coins in for 12 months. |

Sorry dude its been a long time since I have used the nicehash service my self. There will do doubt be bids on YouTube.
I don't think it's possible yet. I watched some videos, and I sent a support ticket to NH. It looks like you need a username, password, and worker to link the pool. I don't think our pools have that - at least, I can't see a place to log in to set that info up on our pools. username would be your wallet key and password x Thanks Raster! You can rent 124KH at nicehash for 0.0124/day and get 68065 roi/day and sell them for 0,034 btc.
More people rent hashpower so price will go up or we see a dump soon in exchange.
I wouldn't mind renting hash power to get extra coins to deposit, but I don't see an option for ROI on the Nice Hash site. Where did you find it? You need to be looking for hodl algo https://www.nicehash.com/marketplace/hodlRaster. Hi Raster, thanks for the help. Do I need to enter a specific pool address to buy from? Sorry I'm not very proficient at this - we've only dabbled in mining on NiceHash, never bought mining. |

The patch worked for my wallet, but my son's wallet lost all the coins that he mined the last two days. His wallet is currently on the right block. Could we have done something wrong that would cause this? Can we fix it? It was only 720 coins, but that's a lot for him.

My son's hashrate was 160 when he started mining a couple of days ago, then he followed your instructions and increased it to 260. However, when he installed the patch his hashrate went down to 140 and adding that text again didn't work. Is there a different way to do it that will work with the patch? Please send me a screenshot that shows the text he added okay. The patch would have zero impact on mining hash. Maybe he did not leave a space in front of the flag or misspelled it or forgot the leading dash who knows... Hi DisasterFaster, thanks for the reply.  He did enter the text correctly, but it came up with a directory/path error - we probably messed that up. We uninstalled the miner and reinstalled it and now he's getting 280+ h/s using -optimineraes=1. He's very happy with that! His computer uses an i5 6th gen if anyone is wondering. |

One question - the check mark on my wallet still isn't green even though the block numbers match, is that a problem? My son's isn't green either, although he is still getting coins from mining, so I'm not sure it's an issue.

How long should it take to receive coins from an exchange transfer? I purchased some today on CryptoHub and then sent it to my ROI wallet using the receiving address. I just downloaded the wallet today so it should be current. It's been over 3 hours since CryptoHub showed the transaction 'confirmed by blockchain.' Is it normal to take this long?
