Factom just seems like it has so much long-term potential.
I'm going to (finally) get off my ass and move my coins off the exchange since I don't plan on selling any time soon.
I agree and recently took a position in Factom. It seems like one of the few cryptos with real world use cases and genuine high potential. |

Mal, as a prominent non-shitposter in this thread, I encourage you to be more responsible with the Poloniex speculation/hype. Here are the absolute facts: 1. Poloniex is a Delaware Corporation -- a U.S. company. 2. Poloniex takes regulatory compliance very seriously. See for example New Hampshire action in quick response to new law. 3. ICN are, beyond doubt, a security which is currently not registered with the SEC. ICN are not in any way legal to advertise or sell in the United States. SEC could force Poloniex to shutdown, or put the hurt on them, for listing unregulated securities. Kraken seems willing to chance it for some reason. The idea that we'll suddenly see a "ICN now trading on Poloniex!" announcement is pure insanity. Iconomi put the cart before the horse by offering securities to U.S. buyers before they were registered in the U.S. Now I presume they're paying expensive NY lawyers in an attempt to retcon the whole deal and make it kosher with the SEC. We will see/hear administrative shit with the SEC, and a firm announcement of ICN's legal status in the U.S., before we see ICN listed on Poloniex, if ever. Anybody thinking that ICN will be on Poloniex "soon" or that the announcement will come out of the blue is delusional. Please do your part to contain the idiocy that infests this thread. I asked Poloniex where their offices are located and which regulator they report to. They refused to provide that information. |

Hard fork block has passed. But I don't see any changes on ethstats.io Gas limit is still 500,000 Average block time shows - a day. Will it take time for ethereum to stabilize after fork? Update: Uptime is 92% right now. Earlier it used to be 98 -99% Miners will probably adjust gas limit soon. |

so fast that it still has a marketcap above 1B$. just buzz off already. The only reason ETHF is still so expensive people can't transfer it to the exchanges to sell it. All those "attacks" are deliberately orchestrated by Ethereum central bank (aka Ethereum foundation). Again BS Lies. I have been transferring back and forth from pool to wallet, to exchange today, yesterday, before that, etc.. This thread has become a home for fudders looking to influence noobs. Yeah I tried to copy over the backed up key file and it made no difference.
Oddly. I restarted my main PC and this time it worked.. Freaked me out though.. Really odd.

Odd issue just came up with my wallet.
I wanted to transfer some coins to another address (which I've done many times before) and it keeps saying I have the wrong password.
Which is impossible, because I am very thorough with DD on my passwords. So I know it is correct.
I have the latest 0.8.4 wallet and can receive fine into it, but can't seem to send out.
I am running parity for the blockchain and it's caught up.
Anyone else having this issue?
Anyone ? It's starting to worry me. It has quite a bit of ETH in it.  Do you know where the keystore file is? It is probably in C:/Users/yourname/.parity/keys Please confirm it is there |

So this investment is for an ownership stake in the platform only, correct? I like the idea but I would like to see more info about how we will make money with this investment. What type of fees will the platform be charging and are there any revenue projections? Will dividends be paid daily, monthly, yearly? Does the management team have business connections who they know will invest large amounts of capital into these funds or is this mainly retail facing?
