run the .exe with the -rescan option

No luck, same error with -rescan. Is there anything else I could try?

I would copy wallet.dat elsewhere, delete everything, redownload

....let it sync up , close program, and copy over wallet once its syned up

That did it, thank you good sir!

(haven't tried feathercoin yet...)

BQC is stupid because it is totally not  intuitive that it has anything to do with BBQ as in BBQcoins.

isn't the idea of bbq coins also sort of stupid  Grin Grin

Some one have some experiences with Bitmint.net? Or its something better? Something like ebuy for BTC.

I've used it.. interface is "okay".... support seems to be good.  Just nothing interesting to buy!  Undecided

10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Would you buy dried fruit for bitcoin? on: April 26, 2013, 08:41:21 AM
I'm not interested in buying with Bitcoins things I can buy with cash.

yeah same here... SOMEDAY we will but right now i'd rather use it for things I cant get elsewhere

now, if you sold them for 75% off then yes.... (which would be smart to do since bitcoins will easily go up 75% in the next few years)

My only fear, something better comes along. I don't think it will though.

there is tons of skepticism still ... it will take years to get mainstream... we need hardware wallets to make it easier

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help out me here. I turned my computer on this morning and my feathercoin wallet crashes as soon as it's opened.

Here's the exception it throws:

If anyone has any ideas on where I can start I'd love to hear them. I imagine the whole DB isn't corrupt so hopefully at least some entries are still there - I just have no idea where to start going about recovering them.

Thanks!

run the .exe with the -rescan option
