  Dear $MCO community! Exciting news Visa CEO discussing the company's plans to enter the cryptocurrency market. They won't have a choice. If they don't adopt crypto, they'll be left behind. Learn more here: https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/09/28/visa-ceo-blockchain-and-cryptocurrency-not-much-use-to-company
We will see in the future the VISA company we will buy with Cryptocurrency  Wink
What if VISA bought over Monaco?
I doubt they really need it.

Firstly: Monaco is not favorite among such projects. On my humble opinion, Fuzex occupies a leading position now.
Secondly: VISA has enough money and professionals to create their own product in this sphere.
If Fuzex is better then we should see a good increase of price compared to Monaco.
The volume of Fuzex is just very low, and the price has dropped significantly, although they both dropped but Monaco is better in terms of price movement.

Let's just see who will deliver first.

fuzex is just another scam.

yes lies. They never informed about the failure to meet the deadline and always were lying till the end. I worked at many projects and none of them missed deadline by 2 years and all companies I worked for never lied to the customers and they knew about all the issues asap. You must work at very bad place if you think mco behaviour is ok.

That fool is probably dreaming of failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his "team" that is why he is so happy trying to defend them  Wink

he must be paid shiller or he has bags full of mco

you have to distinguish product(which I really like) and the team, bunch of pathetic liars(card release in 2017, money2020, summer 2018, 1m users in 2018 and recently Singapore roll out which turn out to be release only for the team). List of lies is endless but you choose to be blind on that. Be more objective cause now you sound like paid shiller.

Oh piss off. The team has rolled out everything they said they would to date. Their only issue has been communication. Not their fault things have happened beyond their control

But hey.. your welcome to go try accomplish what they have done so far..see how easy it is.

But hey guess you won't be using their product once its globally rolled out.. not that they will care..

.. they are shipping cards in sg to normal users. That's a big deal. Quit trying to fud. Bunch of wankstains up in here. Good thing cmc isnt linking here anymore..

and lies again, I'm not even surprised. They only sent cards to staff and telegram admin. You paid shillers are more and more stupid every single day

Lies? How old are you I wonder, that you take target dates as given promises that can never be delayed (due to eg third partie depencies) ? Have you ever worked in any project yourself and it was not facing any delay in some part of it ?!

Sending card to users out there is a fact, some post it even on their twitter, but keep on sleeping..
See here for example, quick google search found that, no staff, no admin, but some customer

The amount of hilarious bullshit and cheapest FUD surrounding MCO is more than amazing and entertaining.
Mr JollyGood still not tired of it, while he was proven wrong so many times in the past yr, but still keeps on and owns the truth...that always makes me smile when I read up here. Thank you.  Cool

And about the rest of the fuddies, either you guys are really so mentally dumped down that you believe your own bs, repeat without brainz what others tell you to believe or you have simply an agenda, eg paid fudder/accumulate more cheap/... etc - not sure what is worse, tbh, but regardless it doesn't shed any good light on you.
Whatever your motivation is, mind that the internet does never forget, all your hate&negativity, bs claims, and false allegations will fall back on you I promise.
One day, in a not so far future, ppl will be pointed, by guys like me who bookmarked it, to your intentionally false statements and everyone will notice your stupidity and/or hidden agendas.

You seriously call MCO a scam?! It tells a lot about you...more than you think.. Grin
MCO, the only ICO which made it to gain the level of a VISA Program Manager, acquired top-notch partners and staff from different industries, the only cards ICO which ships cards to customers today and which is a multiple above ICO usd price & stays stable like a rock above 4 usd, while the markets went down down down.
At the same time you likely celebrate the Dr.med.Surfer or NAGA who sold you a worthless collectors item token... big fat ROFL in ya faces is all I have for you..

MCO changed and enriched their whole token utility design and corresponding ecosystem, all alinged to the latest regulatory changes of the past yr.
Most of the accomplishments of the past yr are even not mentioned here, neither are new token use cases, or the Bithumb&Binance partnership you consider as listing only, but I will refrain from telling you (coz it is too much, and you do not care). Many new features and services are being built alongside with global cards market, while eg PAY simply dropped their only usecase completely what one would call ICO investor fraud and scam, no?

And no, I'm not here to convince you that MCO is one of the best mid/long term opportunities, as you have made up your mind already.
Further, you seem not to be capable of basic maths or to DYOR, if you cannot understand the potential of the Crypto.com token, which is limited to 31m total supply with more and more of its plenty real world demand drivers are about to slowly kicking in now with roll-out of first region.

I'm not here to open your eyes, I'm here here to express my joy about reading all your bs. And actually, I'd like to ask you to keep on these false allegations and claims, spiced with low level FUD. Why? Coz it provides a frequent smile and also means more cheap tokens for us, us the ones understanding what is emerging.

There are 3 kind of ppl:
1) those who make things happen (MCO)
2) those who watch things happen (MCO hodlers)
3) and those who wonder what has happened (MCO haters)

I fully understand the disappointment. But other cryptocard projects have similar delays:
*Plutus
*TenX

Earlier cards were withdrawn again because of issuer problems.

Each of these projects is basically going through the same muddy and slow procedure to get a card on the market.

I'm not up to date with other two but mco lied many times about release date and never gave any update. Being honest can't be that hard.

i have seen some news on google in the past days about the mco card being rolled out after two years of delay, is this new legit or fake news because a change in the name minus community consensus is not good.

fake news

I been holding since ico.

Okay I'll bite. Wheres another crypto company that's released the exact same features as mco.

revolut(metal card/cashback) and wirex(cashback) both with working product.

There are other companies that have crypto cards out yes. None are global. None have token backing. And none have an exchange built app or have direct partnerships with Visa and multiple crypto exchanges.. just look at the different crypto cards that have been cancelled due to 1 reason or another. Pay is an example. At least with direct backing and with mco being fully compliant they wont run that risk

not having a token is not a bad think. Doesn't matter what partnerships they have if they can't release cards. Personally I don't care about app exchange and if I remember correctly there are/were many problems with it: zero information about tx, liquidity etc.)

Yes mco have run over when they said they would. However in each case they have told us why. They have told us what they have left to do. And any smart person who brought into mco would have known this wasnt an overnight hold.

can you please give me one example when they told us? They literally lied till deadline each time and only after they said that were some complications

When mco launches the card side.. and they will. It will be massive. They are building a global crypto bank/exchange where their token will be like binances bnb token. They still have the opportunity to take out the number 1 spot. And they will. They have a world class team working behind the scenes.

sure, someday they will launch but it might be too late. You can't call it global crypto bank without sepa transfer(you won't be able to pay bills with mco).

It's funny how this thread has been killed off.

true, same person posting the same stuff all the time

Guys. Join the telegram or discord thread.. or our reddit or Facebook and Twitter.

you can only get cancer by joining mco discord/telegram. Mods there are (most likely)paid shillers and they will block anyone who dares to criticize mco or point out any of their lies(card release in 2017, before money 2020, end of summer etc.)

The only thing that matters is that mco team didn't deliver what they promised.

And yet if people took 5 seconds to do their own research they would find a working app. They would find confirmed partnerships with Visa.. binance and bithumb.

They would find address verifications have started for SG residents to start shipping cards out.

And also find a fiat to EU gateway rolled out.

Mco are building a crypto bank. Anyone who cant see that or continues to call them a scam or wants to spread fud clearly has something wrong in the head.

They also showed proof of working cards.

On here tho you disagree with the fudders and you get blocked. Says alot. Hell even mco have dropped this thread as a main form or contact.. says alot.. especially when yes the ones posting up here post the same dribble about kris being scam.. with no real evidence to back it up.

telling true is not fud. They lied many times and you can't deny that therefore there are not trustworthy and lack of transparency is pathetic.

7-14 days, never been closer... I heard all of that last year and still no cards. Maybe you joined recently and was fooled by 'great' app but during ICO they promised crypto cards and that was the main reason I have invested(and many others).

In the meantime other companies released own products with almost all features that mco promised(metal cards, cashback).

just pasted your code into remix and I can see many warning, one of them is:

Warning: Failure condition of 'send' ignored. Consider using 'transfer' instead.

They said after release of invest feature they will release cards. Hell after invest there will be a fiat gateway from app to linked bank account.

They also said card release in 2017, before money 2020 and some other bs. They changed roadmap few times already and never gave honest update regarding cards - it's always soon or 7-14 days.

Guys do your own research. Join the discord thread. See for yourself and make your own well informed decisions rather than from someone who's majority posts have been fudding this thread.. this team and project.

DYOR and check how many times they lied and even now we know nothing - or do you still believe they will start sending cards in summer?
15  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Running bitcoin node with LN hub on a Raspberry Pi 3 on: May 11, 2018, 08:49:47 PM
really nice. thank you for sharing all this. as soon as i find the time i will try it too. i have an unused pi waiting to be connected. btw: which post should I merit...  Tongue

btw: a first question. i once had a core node running. but the pi was so slow and it wasent able to be up to date with the chain. do you have this problem too?

If you are talking about pi performance(not slow downloading speed) you can run raspberry in cli mode(without GUI). You can find it in raspi-config.
16  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Running bitcoin node with LN hub on a Raspberry Pi 3 on: April 12, 2018, 08:11:02 PM
one more question... did you modify the config.go file again after git reset? You have mentioned that this change is needed to run a neutrino version:

Code:
if cfg.Bitcoin.Node == "neutrino" && cfg.Bitcoin.MainNet {
str := "%s: neutrino isn't yet supported for " +
"bitcoin's mainnet"
err := fmt.Errorf(str, funcName)
return nil, err
}

My problem is that my lnd neutrino node can't find any node to connect to, so I'm still struggling with it, but somehow sometime I'll get it working...

Can you upload log file? Is there any error?
18  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Running bitcoin node with LN hub on a Raspberry Pi 3 on: March 31, 2018, 05:01:19 AM
Because of the new beta version of LND, I've deleted the previously installed LND and BTCD from the PI and started from scratch. I would like to start a neutrino version of the LND, so according to my current understanding, BTCD is not necessary at all, but I'm not 100% sure yet. This can change in the future as I move forward with testing this thing.

Hint: if you want to start to risk your coins on the main net, you should modify the config.go file in the src directory:
Code:
		if cfg.Bitcoin.Node == "neutrino" && cfg.Bitcoin.MainNet {
str := "%s: neutrino isn't yet supported for " +
"bitcoin's mainnet"
err := fmt.Errorf(str, funcName)
return nil, err
}
If you comment these lines out (you put // at the beginning of the line) you won't have an error message  (and won't stop you) when you want to start your lnd client in neutrino mode on the mainnet.

After saving the config.go file, I have installed the new LND again (the process is the same as above, it just installs the new version).

Now I'm having issues with starting the LND, if I manage to start it (asking for wallet password), I'll post it here.
Code:
2018-03-30 22:16:18.654 [INF] LTND: Waiting for wallet encryption password. Use `lncli create` to create wallet, or `lncli unlock` to unlock already created wallet.

did you run lncli create/unlock without errors?

Is this project dead? I'm in one of the supported countries and according to wirex site virtual card should be instantly issued but it's second day and I'm still around 70k spot on waiting list  Undecided

Can you please point me to the list of supported countries?

sure, you can find it here: https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000899593-The-list-of-supported-countries

And looks like information about instantly issued virtual card is misleading cause in latest mail they stated that it only applies to the UK for now:

Our virtual cards have now been released fully to the UK and the rest of Europe is soon to follow over the next few days and weeks!
