Perhaps my account was compromised before and used for phishing. Nevertheless, really sorry for that. Hope nobody get hurt by this/these mails.

First of all. I didn't send any link to the topic starter. He contacted me in Telegram and asked why do I have to send him phishing link. I was out of the city and couldn't react immediately, since I hadn't laptop with me. With 15-20 minutes I was able to log into my account and check Outbox for mentioned message & link there was no such message. Aventhe reported that my account was online, while I wasn't logged in and when I logged in I saw that account total logged in time is 16 hours 30 minutes. I suppose that if the message was really sent, it could be my account was hacked, so I changed my pw. Didn't find where to look for access IP list, so perhaps we need someone with admin rights to check it further.

I am confused your LBC AD gives a +15% when selling BTC for cash, interesting and makes sense.
The main problem with buying Crypto is putting the money in the bank and getting it to an exchange.
Over here you are saying -1.89% or so, which one is real?
Where did you see +15%? We don't have such commissions -1.89% on buying btc is current fee in London Sorry, what bank? We work with cash

On p2p websites like localbitcoins you will see cash traders selling for +10% above market, since it is purely in cash and the seller has to risk all.
That's why, I suppose, our commission is not too much, maybe even the lowest in this area. Cause we work with cash only Sorry I made a mistake, what I meant to say was that if you deal with cash traders on localbitcoins (as in, meet in public places for face to face direct exchange), as a seller, you can find buyers willing to pay around 10% MORE than what you will get in the market if you sell directly online. This is pure cash and because of the risk to the seller. So if market is 10000, you can sell for 11,000 no commission. This is my point. Sure, and when we are selling we charge not 10% but only 5% In regard of buy proposition - it's an open market, if you find something to work for you better, then you just go and work that way.

It's just impossible to use it. 90% of time it refuses orders, sometimes refused orders suddenly somehow becomes accepted. So double-triple-sell/buy should not surprise you when you work with kraken. Sometimes when you need to sell or buy right now - you just can't and loose moment.
We are migrating from kraken.
UPD. Anyway I hope they could fix it and we can continue use it, because in other senses it has its strong advantages.

what is the minimum amount to be trade? I'm not in london but maybe I'll take vacation there
In practice it start making sense if total cost of coins are greater than ~£300, because of tx fees and exchange trade commission.

I plan to start selling Bitcoins cash in hand in the future. And I'm also in the UK myself so it wouldn't be hard for me to travel to London. This is for later though when I have plenty of Bitcoins to sell About altcoins, do you accept altcoins that are not listed on the exchanges you mentioned in the OP? We will be glad to help selling) Also we are starting to work with cryptopia, JFYI. Can you name please this not listed alt coin?

Are you also selling for cash?
Not in London currently.

where will you take the spot price from?
The best price (highest) among Kraken, Bittrex, Poloniex, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Exmo (and we are adding more markets) for the moment. Looks a little suspicious. What do you gain from buying at a higher price? Market price doesn't matter for me, because we give you cash by the rate we got during selling coins on the exchange market. Easy: you send me 1 ETH, I sell my 1 ETH (to speed up deals we have depo on our markets' accounts to not wait until transaction will have necessary amount of confirmations) on the market for say 250 GBP. I have 250 GBP on my balance, I pay 250 GBP minus commission to you. We earn our money from commission (and yes, while promoting our service on bitcointalk we earn nothing from buy deals).

Sounds interesting, are you going to open some more branches in Europe? France, Germany? I would be interested in..
Perhaps. We are working on it.

bump!
Why sell them?? They are profitable reserved, you should hold them until you really need some cash or you know that prices are going to go down. And there are websites on which you can do the selling safely than why do it in person?? It's a personal decision either buy, hold or sell. Btw, there is a lot of different needs. Someone uses coins to invest, someone mine them and pay their bills, someone use it as a convenient way of transferring money/paying someone or receiving payment. Name the website which will give you the cash?) This topic and ad is for people seeking for cash deals, not bank transfer, or other online opportunities. Many different people, many different needs. Take it easy)

Meting with someone you don't know is always risk to get robbed
Why don't you just use cash-in bank deposit in any nearest branch?
If customer would like to - there is no problem at all. We can do it with the client. Just most of the clients prefer cash in hands, when doing cash deals, not cash in bank.
