2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the first sign of a scam project (ico) for you? on: July 24, 2017, 03:05:54 PM
In fact, ICOs project in 2017 or last year are can become to scam project, but the time they become to scammer still long. Because if try scam at now, they will miss opportunity make money with this type. Not have rules can helps them easy to PR and creating project, just need use some money from crowdsale, they can easy listing to exchange site and user will say they are really project Roll Eyes
You mean that they would rather finish an ico, issue tokens, get listed on the exchange and only then scam than disappearing right after money is raised?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What is the first sign of a scam project (ico) for you? on: July 21, 2017, 03:08:44 PM
As stated in the topic, what is the first thing that makes you raise the alarm?
4  Local / Pilipinas / Re: What can you say about this news, guys? on: July 21, 2017, 02:56:24 PM
there is no enough connection between cryptocurrencies and terrorists, so any statement is pure speculation. as it was already stated that bitcoin is traceable and the report says that are not aware of eth. it poses as much threat as any other methods of payment.

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: July 21, 2017, 09:26:22 AM
I don't think its too difficult to understand for kids as long as you are not trying to explain blockchain to them. if they are interested they will get it on their own
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proper Due Diligence (for INVESTORS) on: July 21, 2017, 09:15:55 AM
Well you need to be cautious even about small details when it comes to your money. Sometimes its enough take a look at the webpage of a project, how much was spent on design to tell right away if it is a scam. Others are more elaborated, then it needs time to check the facts, ask right questions, watch for scammers to uncover themselves.
In white paper I usually look at the market of the project, its scale and turnover, business model, how profit will be generated. The more specific facts they provide the better. The team, past experience is necessary, otherwise my participation is unlikely.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth buy or wait? on: July 20, 2017, 03:27:15 PM
With all hack news coming in and the panic prior to bitcoin scailing make the price lowest it can get. Later on it is bound to rise
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: July 20, 2017, 02:41:45 PM
It was instant for those who believed in it and invested all funds in the very beginning before the price jumped. And now it takes time and efforts to trade it at exchanges and make margins little by little, perhaps its price can shoot up once more
10  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-07-18]Bitcoin, Ethereum Bounce Back Hard To Reach $2,400 and $240 on: July 20, 2017, 01:30:28 PM
i think it s safe to say that eth volatility up to 15% a day is normal. Although it might not look promising for newcomers and scare them off
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Another opportunity to buy Bitcoin at Cheap price on: July 20, 2017, 10:55:41 AM
just do the opposite of what the majority does
12  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency regulation? on: July 20, 2017, 10:26:02 AM
The concept of cryptocurrencies is based on trust. If it is fully implemented in all aspects, there is trust within the community and technical solutions applied to provide the security of network, then there will be no need for centralised control.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to make BIG money on August 1st? on: July 20, 2017, 09:44:15 AM
I don't think bitcoin is going down anytime soon. This industry has a long-term trend of growth. If you're not afraid to lose some funds you can invest now, but if you're not considering losing even a bit then definitely wait for the outcome of 1st august. And there is absolutely no chance making big money on an event that everyone has heard about and been waiting for over a couple month in advance.
