I'm not able to withdraw even below 100USD and didn't get any confirmation from my KYC. The admin doesn't reply on Telegram but keeps on spamming on this forum. This exchange is surely a SCAM!

Hello people this is my first post here, so apologies if it's a bit of a newbie question 

I've encrypted my wallet using encryptwallet "passphrase" under bitcoind daemon and after I've done that the old address doesn't show up anymore when I type getaccountaddress 0. Instead, a new address shows up. I still can see the private keys of the old address as well as the new address.

In the blockchain seems like the new address doesn't exist, however I can see the balance of the old address in the blockchain and also with getinfo. I am quite concerned about this and I would love to have some advices about the best option to choose in order for me to not loose the fund inside the wallet.

Are there any remote chances that if I send these coins to another wallet those will be lost? What if I send the coins from the old address to the new address?

I am quite freaking out cause there's a little bit of good money on this wallet. 

What do you think would be the best choice?
