1  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [8500 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + UserDiff; ASIC tested on: June 05, 2013, 05:21:22 PM
Estimated reward on current block seems to be dwindling away to nothing with me - others the same?

must be a score reset, my reward is also dwindled and score seems low...  should go back up as long as block isnt solved soon.

Curious, on avg, how long is a round here?
Rounds should on average equal the difficulty value over time. Currently at our hash rate, from the #mmpool bot:
Code:
< doublec> !average
< mmbot> On average it will take 6.5 hours to find a block at 2238.3 Gh/s. 50% of blocks will be found in 4.5 hours. 95% in 19.4 hours. 99% in 29.8 hours.
< mmbot> The pool should earn approximately 92.62 BTC per day.

Thanks!

Seems this pool is being abandoned :/ That's too bad. I liked the way it presented all of the workers stats.

It's due to the current round, it's over 337 hours now, no payout. So people have left.

I had noticed in the last few rounds completion there is 1 big workhorse that contributes quite a bit of shares.. perhaps they are having hw problem or as u suggest have left.

That's the problem this is really not a 'commodity' or even a 'currency'..... its a collectible that people are trying to use as a commodity and currency.

Just like any other collectible it has value and its value is based on what someone will pay for it.

11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much untill I am not limited anymore? on: May 02, 2013, 05:33:25 PM
I know its frustrating.  I was so confused why I couldn't reply to anything. I didn't realize the limitation and had to get on an IRC channel where someone helped me figure it out.

With that said.... 1 post down 4 to go.
