The Bitcoin ATM is good for small amounts but the fee is terrible for such a large amount. I want to help out my extended family while in Serbia but I don't think it is smart to bring too much money in cash that I would need to declare at the airport and then also register my address with the police. I am not brave enough to do that. We can meet in a bank or somewhere safe. I tried sending money through the banks before but even with a much smaller amount they had some hassle. If anyone can assist me we can split it up into 3 meetings.

Im coming to Serbia tomorrow and want to sell 10 to 15 bitcoins. Local bitcoins has some sellers but the rates are bad compared to the rest of Europe and the limits are lower.
