Sorry to say that but I don't belive that Augusto will actually do something to receive and redistribute those units.
Well, I already did. I contacted Friedcat and he told I can order Block Erupter USBs to my buyer for 0.1 BTC. However Friedcat told me that he can only guarantee up 30 % of my buyers (I am not sure if that was his answer, so I am waiting a confirmation from him). He also told me that from 10th August he could guarantee that all buyers will get the Block Erupter USB for 0.1 BTC. So, there is anyone interested? keep us posted Augusto

Hey yxt I'll take 18 shipped to the UK express please as soon as you're ready (parcel took 6 days last time someone shipped from Germany to UK for me) .

with the new reduction in minimum order, unless it impacts our shipping costs A+C might as well start putting in some 50 orders
we dont want to be at the back of the queue is the other group buys start getting their 50 orders in!

my better looking rig - 1 x sapphire 7870 xt, 1 x gigabyte 7970 oc, 1 x cairnsmore cm1 in the 5.25" bay. waiting on 4 more CM1s to arrive before i sort out all the cabling. i also have 1 xfx 7870 tahiti le, 1 x powercolor 7878 tahiti le, 1 x HIS 6950 iceq turbo each fitted in HP ML115 servers I had lying around.
|
|
|
have a look round CEX, i picked up a nice 6950 the other day in exchange for a phone and some ps3 games, its happy chugging away at 380Mh/s using bitminter 7870xt or 7870 tahiti le are good value, and usually on offer on Aria and are good for 500Mh/s and come with free Steam games you can sell on
i guess having a bunch of spare pcs/servers lying around in my house helped me kick things off.

|
i have 3 of the newer 7870 tahiti le's. each overclock to ~1200mhz and mine at 500-520Mh/s this is in windows running bitminter.
anyone thinking of getting a 7870, go for the sapphire one overclocks higher than the rest. the xfx one is ok, runs slightly warmer than the sapphire (both have 2 fans) the powercolor one is the worst fan usage is crazy fast/slow/fast/slow runs much hotter.

really really impressed with the bitminter client/app, I have it running on 4 pcs and 2 laptops.
but what do i do with the 7 namecoins i've mined? is there a use/point to them
Thanks, glad you like BitMinter Namecoins: Read more and get a namecoin wallet from http://dot-bit.org Get a namecoin GUI from http://dot-bit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=341 You can sell namecoins at exchanges: [1] https://btc-e.com/ [2] https://vircurex.com/(If you just want to sell then just send your namecoins there, no need to set up a wallet program) Thanks DrHaribo, so its 0.008 btc to 1 nmc, think i'll just keep them for now

im definitely a noob at this but splashed out on 4 x 7870 tahiti le cards which mine at just over 500 Mhps each and a 7970 mining at 715Mhps all single cards in 4 HP ML115 servers i had lying around.
only then did i realize the stock 350w psus all needed replacing. oh well all good fun.

Interesting but the prices are well over Bitcoin exchange prices, the localbitcoin prices are all over the place, looks abit dodgy to me. ive used a few of the "sellers" on localbitcoin. fast, easy and safe so far. the prices do fluctuate a fair bit you just have to a clsoe keep an eye on the prices
