You have no idea how happy I am for this nightmare to be over.  With Masstoken's unprofessional comments as a clue into the MASS infrastructure, there is no way, repeat -- no way, this project will be successful.  Now that I have my investment back, I can look forward to funding other ICOs.  And, I can guarantee I will never become involved in this project again.  Please learn some manners and quit acting like a snotty nose, 14 year old with horrible acne.   

To the MASS Reps:

I've been reading the comments/replies from the MASS reps and I have to tell you, the MASS rep responses are quite snarky and unbecoming of a representative.  Obviously, you're tired of answering the sale ole questions, but going forward you should act with more of a bedside manner and not with a "in-your-face" attitude.  I didn't request a refund because I like the project; however, this type of attitude that you demonstrate makes me wish I did.  What your comments to other tell me is that you're easily irritated and want the upper hand.  People spent money on this idea and so far MASS is the one having trouble.  Please don't say, "we have to wait on info so you have to wait." 

I'm concerned that there appears to be very little communication from the group in terms of ICO ending, updated website, release of tokens, exchange listings...etc.  Other ICOs I've participated in make regular updates above and beyond where an employee finishes a track race.
