The rollout of linxpay was delayed by its integration partner due to situation beyond their control but the development of linx continues fine. Development was not delayed.

I can read chinese and has connections in JinJiang. Here is what I've found:

The JinJiang competition is real. Jin Xiji is a real person and his project "JinJiang Silicon" did get selected in the second class (I don't know what it means). Source here: http://www.sohu.com/a/192263128_740675 . It is in row number 6.

However, the JinJiang competition is just a competition funded by a local city, and there are many projects get selected. It is not a very big deal.

My opinion: WaltonChain seems overhyped, and there are a lot of shills around. They have some tech, and they have some local business partners (which may or may not be a real deal), and they got some honour in some local competition. But they are really just a local business adventure that tries to attach blockchain to their RFID technology in order to ride the ICO hype, just like most chinese ICOs are. I still don't understand why we need to use blockchain for RFID in the majority of the use cases, but it could just be my own limitation of understanding.

LINX is sub 1 million and seems to be a serious project with business connections.

Did you mean about the shitty decentralized exchange site like waves dex with all of their unresponsibility feature? I must say that caused by the dex wasn't a good product at all. As you can see the difficult thing to run the dex in these days. With etherdelta just put your priv key and address and you already be able to trade in there.

Waves's DEX is not finished yet. Give them some time.

Blocknet's DEX has only finished the core engine. The GUI and light wallet needs several more months of development. But it is the best in DEX technology and a likely winner of the DEX race.

What are the differentiating features of Radium compared to Civic, Factom and Tierion?

I read DLS whitepaper and it seems quite good. If they can indeed find big business cases it can be huge. But the slack is closed and there is no info of whether they can pull it off and when. Do you think we can see some serious action this year?
