There is 24-hour private security on the island ready to respond to any incident, as well as an alarm system in your villa.  In the event of an emergency, local law enforcement would be able to respond very quickly by boat as the main downtown area, cruise ship docks, and where the police dock their boats are all directly across the small harbor on the non-ocean side of the villa.  Additional information can be provided in private to establish legitimacy including past rental records, ownership records, etc.  Whatever would make you feel comfortable can be provided!  Finally, for the extremely paranoid or super VIP your own private security can be hired for the duration of your stay via one or two firms that work out of Nassau or provided by yourself. 

The bottom line is that tourism is extremely important to the Bahamas, and high-net worth tourists such as those that would be visiting this villa are of utmost importance to the local government.  On the other side of Atlantis Resort from where the villa is located is so-called "Billionaire's Row" so you are in very good company.  Assurances can be provided that you will never have any issues at all, except maybe deciding which side of your body to tan next!

@michaelch please PM me with your desired time of the year.  Rates change depending on the season.  Rates are discounted the longer you stay, with 1 night being the highest per night rate, followed by weekend, weekly, and monthly rates.

A great question was asked via PM about the seasonal rates.  The slow season ends around mid-October and rates begin to climb with peak rental rates being reached in December.

Keep in mind this property gives you access to the local government and banking, therefore allowing you to utilize the Bahama's very nice tax policies toward short and long term capital gains...  Many doors open for local real estate investors, as the purchaser of this villa would be!

The owner of Villa #4 is selling his property and is very interested in investing some of his portfolio into cryptocurrency.  Therefore we are pursuing selling this property for either 100% or some partial amount in any of a number of different cryptos.  The chef is part of the staff provided by the 5 villa owners (3 occupied at this time), so each owner has the ability to call upon the services of the chef for private dining, entertainment, etc.  It is a very nice private group of homes, accessible by boat only (24 hour boat and captain available for use), and feels very elite and exclusive.  You really can't beat floating in your private pool in your front yard overlooking the beach 5 feet away and the ocean 55 feet away.

While I agree that this board might not be a traditional place to sell real estate, we are just trying to explore the opportunity of selling for bitcoin or related currencies.  I have also made posts on a few Bitcoin-specific real estate sites and we are using a few different realtors as well.  This property is ideal for someone that has unexpectedly made a very large increase in their net worth from cryptocurrency gains.  By buying the property you are fast tracked with Bahamian citizenship (great for tax purposes) and when you are not using the property it provides very nice weekend or monthly income.  Diversification might be very attractive for a newly-minted crypto-millioniare!
